3 bedroom, 2.5 bath property on the Withlacoochee River with floating dock - bring a boat… public ramp is .9 miles off 19. Fenced yard with new hot tub & fire pit (photos coming Tuesday). Enjoy Old Florida views from most rooms including the loft with desk if work is required. Smart TV’s in the living room and master. Fully stocked kitchen as our second home. Ten minutes north of Crystal River and east of Yankeetown, access to everything Nature Coast. 3rd bedroom now has a bunk bed + toys!
