Welcome to our cozy 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom home just steps away from Iroquois Park and a short drive to Louisville landmarks like the Expo Center, Churchill Downs, the Louisville Airport, and the Bourbon Trail.

Enjoy stylish living & dining room spaces, a full kitchen, and a peaceful fenced-in backyard. Perfect for relaxing getaway trips, concerts, distillery tours, or whatever your time in the great city of Louisville brings your way!

Your stay features a newly decorated home nestled on a quiet street just a block from the Southern Parkway entrance to Iroquois Park.

This warm and welcoming house offers multiple areas for lounging and relaxing, bright kitchen, two comfy bedrooms with queen beds, and a large fenced in backyard for your kids or furry friends. There is a comfortable couch as well for an extra guest if needed.

One bedroom includes a work desk and the home is outfitted with extremely fast internet for digital nomads.

With fresh flooring, new paint, and lots of unique Bourbon & Horse Racing touches it's a perfect blend of comfort and charm in Louisville’s South End.

Just a few minutes by car or a pleasant stroll to Iroquois Park or the Colonial Gardens, plus nearby breweries and eateries. A short drive to Louisville’s Urban Bourbon Trail, Downtown museum district, Expo Center, and scenic riverfront paths.

The communication throughout was top notch (they was there every step of the way making sure we had what we needed and more) The house was clean and roomy. Brandon & Alyssa were great! Very welcoming and responsive. Their home was very nice. Clean, well taken care of. It was in a great location for us next to Iroquois Park. We could easily get to wherever we wanted in Louisville. The home is tucked into a dead end which backs up to the golf course so the street is very quiet, even though you are next to a relatively main road. There are some food options around, but the majority of the ones we went to were a 10-15 minute drive usually. The fenced in back yard was great for our dogs so we could let them out with no worries. Overall 10/10 stay for us. Would definitely visit and stay here again.
