Unwind and relax in our gorgeous newly built river home nestled amongst 15 acres of mossy oaks, unspoiled nature and beautiful panoramic river views. Nestled in Palatka, this delightful house is a welcoming retreat for guests. A cozy king bedroom with river views and a queen bedroom with mossy oak views. A well-equipped bathroom with a shower and hair dryer, and convenient amenities like a washing machine, WiFi and a record player with classic vinyls. Tv and fans in every room. This gorgeous property is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Sunrises on the dock with your morning coffee or sunset grills and cocktails on the porch with your friends and family. Memories for a lifetime. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your home away from home one to remember.

Quiet, peaceful setting with great views of the river. Great hosts that live on the 14 acre property. Did some shrimping off the dock and caught some large shrimp. Great place!

This area is the perfect get away for Floridians who are looking for old Florida. Clean and serene! Kelly also provided birthday cookies for my fiance which was incredibly sweet. there are many attractions around including historical St Augustine, Anastasia Beach, Rivne Garden State Park. Lots of food and stores around! We will be back.

Best place anywhere in the area.

This was one of the best places and overall experiences I’ve had. The check in process was easy. Everything thing inside and outside was well taken care of. Everything was fresh and clean. Communication with Kelly was great. She answered messages very quickly. And the view from the Master bedroom over looking the river is priceless. Only complaint I have is I couldn’t stay longer. Will definitely be staying here again!

The entire scenery from the start to finish is amazing. Then you walk inside to a home that is immaculate. Kelly was hospitable from start to finish. Just a warning.. if you get on the chaise lounge you’ll not make it to the bedroom because it’s extremely comfortable and the views are so dreamy. This will be my continued place of refuge

Breathtaking location with a beautiful and cozy little house. The pictures don't do it justice. Kelly our hostess gets a 10! She is amazing. Quite a wonderful decorator too. The house not only is beautiful but very clean. The WiFi sustains the TV but needs a booster if you want to use other devices. An easy fix. A special treat was Kelly's homemade chocolate chip cookies which she brought over for my birthday. We also were able to see manatees feeding on the bank of the river! We tried recording them but didn't hit the record button on our iPhone so Kelly sent us a wonderful video she was able to get after we left so we could show our grandchildren. What hostess does such things! We also saw an alligator and many beautiful birds and local wildlife. It's only a 35 minute drive to St. Augustine too. If you want an amazing secluded quiet place to recharge, this wonderful getaway is a must! It's practically perfect in every way.

Beautiful location. Excellent hosts, very clean and very thoughtfully stocked. Had everything we needed for cooking. Bed was comfortable and the views from inside the home and outside were phenomenal. Excellent choice.
