Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is small and quiet, with little to no foot traffic. Each home is situated with privacy in mind. Each Unit has its own private yard away from neighbors. The unit is bordered by an open meadow where deer come to feed off the trees and plants. They are not visible from this unit due to 6 ft fencing, but it makes for quiet neighbors. There are restaurants, grocery and gas within 1/2 a mile. The highway 5 is 3/4 mile away. Redding is a small city and its downtown restaurants and clubs are 12 minutes away. Bethel church and Simpson College are 10 minutes away. The water park is 6 minutes away. Turtle bay is 10 minutes away.

What makes this property unique

The terraced gardens design is unique. They feature strawberries, iris, roses and a 60 year old Trumpet vine that runs the length and width of the patio. May will see the strawberries begin to fruit and the trumpet vine begin to bloom.
