Seaside House is two bedroom and two bath with a two car garage for guest use. It comfortably accommodates eight guests on three queens and a sleeper sofa in the Sand Point neighborhood with restaurant, pool, hot tub, beach boardwalk and golf cart access. It's the ONLY neighborhood like it "in town," so if you're looking for the most affordable way to enjoy all Sand Point has to offer (and who wouldn't), Seaside House is definitely the place to be.

Oh! and speaking of Sand Point, the Sand Point neighborhood is in town at marker #9 on the beach next to Beach Lodge (NOT way out of town, so far down Hwy 361 you can't even get a pizza delivered). In fact you'll only be a mile from the downtown area. The neighborhood offers a relatively large private pool and hot tub area exclusive to Sand Point plus a VERY SHORT private boardwalk and path over the dunes so there's no hiking or driving necessary from a home you just thought was going to be close to the beach. If you've ever stayed elsewhere you know what I'm talking about, but even if you don't have first hand experience in what I'm saying, why chance it? Sure most places have a coffee maker, and maybe a toaster but do they also have a blender, can opener, shrimp deveiner and remote controls that actually work? There's also a very popular restaurant in the neighborhood just steps from the home. The Beach Lodge serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in a casual setting right on the beach. In fact its the only place in Port A to get a pot boil crab dinner and beer on the beach.

Additionally, we are THE PRIME LOCATION for SandFest which is an international sand sculpting competition held each year in April. It takes place right next to the Sand Point neighborhood's private boardwalk over the dunes. Where are you going to park? Shuttle? We don't need no stinkin' shuttle from across town. The house was perfect. Everything was provided, more than expected. Nice neighborhood, clean, perfect for pets. Bottom patio was great for barbequing. Would recommend and book this house again.

It's ok

Pros: great location (5 min walk to the beach), good layout, great balcony. Full kitchen and lots of seating.

Cons: 2 burners on the stove didn't work. super tiny and flimsy bath towels. Sandbox on the property is overgrown and has weeds everywhere, not usable. Pool is horrible- super cloudy and tiny for that many houses. Couches were extremely uncomfortable to sit on.

Overall, it was ok. Definitely not luxurious but not crappy either. Slightly less than average place but is in a great location.

It's still the ONLY neighborhood "in town" with restaurant, pool, hot tub, beach boardwalk and golf cart access. You should also know the sandbox has been cleaned up and the pool filter's been replaced. We've also added a brand new couch, all new towels and a brand new electric range. So come on back folks. Seaside House is better than ever!

Best Beach House

The service was Great! The House was Clean and had every possible thing you could need! Close to the Beach! Nice Neighborhood! Nice Pool! It had a double garage and a huge back porch! The front porch was upstairs and had a great view. Overall, Very Happy Vacationers!

Vacation spot for many years to come!

This is our 2nd year staying at the seaside house.

I came with my mom,husband , 2 daughters, and in laws.

We love how it's so close to the beach! Matthew was so friendly and helpful in helping us book our stay! We for sure will be back!

I arrived at this home on June 22nd and it was a very beautiful house. Me and my family had the best time while we were there and plan on returning at some point in the future. The community atmosphere was great with other tourists enjoying their vacation rentals and even making friends! Short distance from the beach and very nice owners when I arrived on the island. Highly recommend!

50% down payment required to get on the calendar with a confirmed reservation. Balance is due at check-in. Cancellations must be made no less than 30 days prior to your confirmed check-in date. Cancellation processing fee is 5% of all payments received from you (minimum cancellation fee is $25). No refunds for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to your confirmed check-in date.
