Evermore Carriage House is a free standing home with a private entrance and patio. It is located behind Evermore Cottage (book both for large groups!), the carriage house offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a bonus loft with a comfortable king bed.

A guest favorite for 5+ years—with new owners making tasteful upgrades and the same attentive host.

Note: Loft and second bedroom are accessed via a narrow spiral staircase, best for those without mobility concerns.

Perfect place to stay for our trip to Willamette Valley. Walkable to McMinnville’s Main Street. The carriage house was super cute and well-appointed. We slept very well!

Cute place, good location - very close to downtown and walkable. The carriage house is also well designed and the host was really responsive. As others have noted the spiral staircase is very steep so people with mobility issues would have problems and the ceilings upstairs are quite low. Overall it was great and we would absolutely stay again if we returned .

The property was clean and well maintained, but it was a 15-minute walk to the downtown area; not too far but certainly more than "steps". The spiral staircase to the upper-level bedroom was very tight, so if renting this property be sure you (or your kids) are capable of the tight climb.

Amazing use of a small space, inside was very clean and comfortable. Outdoor space was not super useable. Furniture dirty and in disrepair, yard with no grass and piles of pruning trimmings. Minor but worth noting depending on if that is important to you, it was minor to us. An easy walk to 3rd street and a great bargain so overall very pleased. Host responsive and helpful as well, thank you.

Great little spot close to downtown McMinville. The spiral staircase can be a little treacherous, but manageable. Tall guests need to mind the headroom on the upper level. Quiet, clean with great beds. The host was very communicative and helpful with questions. Overall a great stay.

We had a great stay! The location was excellent—it's in a quiet, safe area and made it easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Check-in was simple, and accessing the property was quick and hassle-free.The only thing I'd mention for future guests is the spiral staircase leading to the upstairs bedrooms. It's quite narrow and steep, so it may be challenging for anyone with mobility limitations or anyone carrying large or heavy luggage. Getting suitcases up and down the stairs can be difficult, and it may not be suitable for all travelers.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it, especially for guests who are comfortable with stairs and want a convenient, peaceful location.
