This nicely furnished, two-level condo is so bright and cheerful it will enhance your Breckenridge experience. Surrounded by pine trees and wildlife, it makes you feel one with nature in a very comfortable setting.

The oversized master bedroom accommodates a king-size bed and a queen-size murphy bed with room to spare for baby cribs, sleeping bags, and lots of luggage. The second bedroom sports a queen-size bed. When you walk upstairs to the kitchen and family room the large windows and vaulted ceiling engulf you with light and roominess. The leather couch opens up to another memory foam queen-size bed. Splash around in the large outdoor pool and four hot-tubs in the summer AND winter.

If you do not want to make the short walk to the lifts for Peak 9, ride the free shuttle bus that stops right outside the door. Walking to town is also a pleasant option, or you can take the free bus there, too. We want you to have a great experience at Breckenridge and will do what it takes for that to happen. The Vigrens fell in love with Breckenridge the first time they visited it. The historic town is so charming and you can't beat the skiing and summer activities. This condo is nicely located in that it is close to the slopes AND the town. Everytime they visit, they wish they could stay, forever.

What makes this condo unique

This condo is stocked with games, sleds, lockers for skis, and lots of charm. There is so much outdoorsy stuff to do in Breckenridge. Winter activities include: skiing (of course), sledding, walking around town, snowmobiling, visiting a gold mine, or snow tubing in nearby Keystone. Summer activities include: hiking, biking, alpine sliding on Peak 8, bungie tramping, ziplining, walking around town, or visiting a gold mine.

Great place to stay!

We had a great time in Breckenridge and the condo had everything we needed! Plenty of room for the five of us and very comfy. The only drawback was our car being vandalized our first night there. We got in late so we didn't park in the garage and someone threw a boulder through our rental car window. So park in the garage no matter what time you get in!!

Owner's Response: I'm so sorry about the car window! That's terrible! Nothing like that has ever happened in the past and we always park a car outside. You must have just had an unfortunate night's stay. I hope this doesn't deter you from returning. We will try to stave off the troublemakers and bring on the peace-loving snow hippies that normally inhabit the area.

First of all, the owner Marcy is wonderful to work with. Great example would be, we were getting in late and not able to find the condo due to a lot of snow. Marcy happily stayed on the phone with us until we were able to find the unit.

The condo is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The unit is an end unit so we were able to enjoy the beautiful view of peak 9 on the last couple days when snow had finally stopped. With kitchen fully stocked, yes even with spices, we were able to enjoy home cooked meals during the stay. The bus line is right outside the condo so it is convenient for getting to slops and/or to town. Only thing that could be better, it would be consistent wifi access. It came in/out throughout our stay, we even tried to reset couple times without success.

I would definitely stay at this condo again and recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic spacious condo in a great location!

This was our first time staying in Breckenridge and the condo, so we didn’t know what to expect. We were blown away! The condo was beautifully appointed and well-maintained with more than enough space for our family of 4 (we didn’t even use one of the queen size beds!). The upstairs gathering area is fantastic with a full kitchen, dining table, and great family room area with fireplace; it was nice to have one of the bathrooms upstairs as well. The lower level was great with a huge master suite (with a king and queen bed), another bedroom, and full bath. The location is also great with either a short walk to the slopes/downtown or, if you prefer, easy access to the readily accessible and convenient shuttle system that really can get you anywhere you want to go throughout the Breckenridge area. Marcy, the owner, made it so easy to book and was johny-on-the-spot with answering questions! I just love her! :) We would highly recommend the condo and we're grateful to have chosen such a great place to stay and experience Breckenridge!

Snowdrop condo

Very comfortable condo with 10 minute walk to the slopes and town. It is well stocked with cooking needs and toiletries. We have rented many places that don't provide much at all. Had a wonderful time!

Very comfortable condo within walking distance of the lifts

We have stayed here for three years during the ski season and thoroughly enjoyed the condo and the location. The condo is well appointed with a nice gas fireplace which makes evening's watching TV or reading very enjoyable. The condo is warm and has all the ammenities you would want. The kitchen has all the necessary pots, pans, and utensils if you wish to prepare your meals, If you choose to go out all of the Breckenridge restaurants in the town are within a very enjoyable walk.

The views of Peak 9 and 8 are great to have in the morning as the sun hits the peaks or at night watching the lights of the groomers moving down the mountain.

The base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver lift is a short walk from the condo, or if you wish the free bus stop is across the street and will take you to the base of Peak 9 or the Gondola.

The master bedroom is very spacious with a king size bed and a Murphy bed. Both bedrooms are downstairs and makes it nice as the beds are away from the living area.

There is an indoor heated garage as well as ski and equipment locked closet in the garage to keep the skis and equipment from getting in the way. Also nice to not have to scrape the windshield and get into a car that isn't freezing cold.

Working with Marcy (owner) was also one of the highlights, she was alway prompted in getting back to us as we scheduled our time and made sure our stay was enjoyable. We loved our stay and have many fond memories of our time in the condo. We highly recommend this for a couple or family to enjoy Breckenridge ....

summer time in Breckenridge

My husband, myself, and two daughters stayed at this condo this summer. It was breathtaking. The condo was immaculate. plenty of room to relax and with four people enough room in the two story condo to be alone at times. It feels secluded because of the surroundings. Lots of pines,and scenery, but close enough to walk just a few blocks to town. And we did just about everyday. the porch is cozy to just sit and read, and plenty of TV channels for the kids to watch at night if we stayed in. The kitchen was fully equipted with everything necessary to cook with all you need are your own groceries. I would definitely go back again.
