Our well-equipped 1,200 square feet condo is the perfect Breckenridge getaway! It is a quick 5 minute walk to Peak 9 Quicksilver Chair and Maggie Pond, and a 5 minute walk to town. Walk home for lunch and skip the $50 lunch on the mountain. And the free shuttle stops right outside the complex!

* Master Bedroom has a king size bed, gas fireplace, and a 32' flatscreen TV with a DVD player

* 2nd bedroom has a full size bunkbed with a pull out twin size trundle bed, a 32' flatscreen TV with DVD player, and a Wii console and games - perfect for kids!

* Queen size pull out sofa bed has an upgraded therapeutic foam mattress, and will be the most comfortable sofa bed you will ever sleep on.

* Living room has a gas fireplace, 42' plasma TV with a DVD player, and in Ipod docking startion/stereo

* Kitchen is fully equipped and completely updated with custom Italian porcelain tile and stainless steel appliances

* Dining area has a spacious dining table with a pullout leaf that will accommodate up to 8 people

* Free wireless internet access

* Balcony with gas grill

After looking at many properties, we choose this condo for it's great location to the Peak 9 ski lift and town. When we stay at our condo, we park the car and walk to everything!

Great Condo - Short walk to the Village

Our family with two boys (8 and 11) really enjoyed our recent trip to Breckenridge. This condo was clean and well stocked with the amenities that make for a great vacation. It is roomy and the beds are super comfortable. Best of all, it is a five minute walk to the Village and there is a free bus stop across the street. The owner is very responsive to questions, and easy to work with.

Great Stay in Lances West Breckenridge!

We had a great stay for three nights in this Lances West apartment. It was bigger than we expected and had everything we needed. Just a short walk to the Peak 9 lifts and easy to walk into Main Street. The only note I would have is that because we were traveling we had no way of printing the Parking Pass for the car. However, this did not pose any problems as we were only there a short time.

Cozy Condo With Easy Peak 9 Access

We found Greg's condo to be the perfect combination of amenities and access:

--Ground floor entry right off the parking lot.

--Fully stocked kitchen with newer appliances

--Storage in the foyer for skis/boots/etc.

--Maybe the most comfortable flannel sheets you'll ever sleep in

--Ample storage for clothes in the dressers & closets

--The heat works very well even without the fireplaces!

--DirecTV and wifi worked flawlessly

--A five minute walk to the base of Peak 9. It really was effortless to get to the lift each morning.

We really enjoyed our time (albeit brief) at the condo. Even though there were only two of us, it easily could have worked for a family of four or six. Greg was very responsive - calling me back within a minute or two of me texting him.

Perfect family property

We had so much fun in Breckinridge and this condo was a wonderful place to stay. The bunk beds (and nearby hot tubs) were a hit with our big kiddos and they also provided a pack n play/ sheet for our baby. It's a 5 min walk to the free town bus, 10 min walk to a lift and 15 min walk to the near end of town. The owner was very helpful in prepping for our visit and willing to continue helping during our stay. We'd highly recommend this property- nothing fancy, but perfect for a cozy family stay!

GREAT LOCATION! only time we moved the car in 5 days was to go to the store once!!!!

5 min walk to Quicksilver, 10 min walk to snowshoeing trails, 5 min to the middle of main street! The easy access to the condo at ground level made move in a snap. Our stay was just like being at home... the kitchen had everything we needed and was very clean, the bedrooms spacious and cozy (fireplace in the master a nice touch) will definitely stay again. Thanks Greg!
