Our well-equipped 1,200 square feet condo is the perfect Breckenridge getaway! It is a quick 5 minute walk to Peak 9 Quicksilver Chair and Maggie Pond, and a 5 minute walk to town. Walk home for lunch and skip the $50 lunch on the mountain. And the free shuttle stops right outside the complex!
* Master Bedroom has a king size bed, gas fireplace, and a 40" HD Smart TV with a DVD player
* 2nd bedroom has a full size bunkbed with a pull out twin size trundle bed, a 40" HD Smart TV with DVD player, and a Wii console and games - perfect for kids!
* Queen size pull out sofa bed has an upgraded therapeutic foam mattress, and will be the most comfortable sofa bed you will ever sleep on.

Our stay at Greg's property was wonderful. The space was clean and well-stocked with toiletries and basic kitchen items. It was a quick walk from the QuickSilver Superchair and the hot tubs. Would come again!

Worked perfectly for us!

Ability to walk to lifts or hop on bus was key to deciding on our location. Bus stop right across road. Walking in boots and carrying skis to lift was easier for younger members but not bad and a couple days we checked our skis vs carrying which worked well.

Great ski week

Greg’s condo is perfect - adorably decorated for the holiday season and super close to the lifts at peak 9 - we easily walked there. The hot tub was an added bonus and the beds were super comfortable. Water pressure and temperature were great as well. Our family of 4 had a blast!

Plenty of space for a group of adults to stay close to the slopes and ski all weekend. Very clean condo, outfitted with a generous amount of amenities. Great owner, communication was fantastic.

Greg’s place was the perfect spot for our family of 5. Great location - walkable to shops and restaurants and hiking trails. We loved the pool as well. Greg was a responsive and helpful host! We would definitely stay here again.

Christmas Week

We loved our time at Warriors Mark. We have stayed at many VRBOs and this was one of the most well stocked condos we have visited. The layout worked well for our family of 5. Close to town and skiing. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice location to Main Street for shopping and dining!

We had an issue with the washing machine not draining. It was a bit of a hike to get to and from ski lifts. Overall, it was a good choice for a few days to hit the slopes and downtown Breckenridge!

PROS: Owner was great to work with, condo was very clean, and the beds comfortable. Easy walk to town or lifts. CONS: Bathroom fans extremely loud, creaky dishwasher door but otherwise quiet.

After looking at many properties, we choose this condo for it's great location to the Peak 9 ski lift and town. When we stay at our condo, we park the car and walk to everything!

What makes this property unique

Ground level entry - one half flight of stairs up to living room, dining room, & kitchen; one half flight of stairs down to bedrooms. Very quiet end unit. Lives and feels like a townhome.
