Our charming condo has recently been remodeled with new kitchen cabinets, appliances, granite counter tops and flooring. It is fully stocked with all the necessities for a fabulous vacation getaway. Our two bedroom two bath condo also has a Murphy queen bed in the sun room, with barn doors to provide additional privacy. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to eight guests.

As you arrive, our underground heated garage provides elevator access to your condo along with the use of luggage valet carts to transport your personal belongings.
The condo features keyless entry to both the condo and your own private ski locker, which is located in the heated garage (no hassle in picking up keys at an offsite management office).

Additional amenities offered by Cimarron Complex feature FREE WiFi, indoor hot tubs and sauna, enclosed hallways, and on-site private laundry facilities. Enjoy seasonal access to the Upper Village Pool complex featuring a heated pool, indoor outdoor hot tubs and changing rooms. Cimarron Condos is centrally located at the bottom of the Four O'Clock ski run and offers you walking distance to Quicksilver ski lift, Snowflake Chair, the Gondola to peaks 7 and 8, historic Main Street, Riverwalk Performing Arts Center, shopping, dining and all that Breckenridge has to offer. Breck’s Free Ride bus shuttle is conveniently located just across the street and offers service through town’s most popular neighborhoods and slopes, as well as nearby Keystone and Copper Mountain....ALL FOR FREE!

Great Condo

Condo avec un emplacement idĂ©al, proche de tout, ainsi qu'une grande superficie qui le rendait trĂšs confortable. De plus, l’installation extĂ©rieure du spa a Ă©tĂ© un vrai plus, ajoutant une touche de relaxation Ă  notre sĂ©jour.

Awesome location - walk to town easily. Right next to a shuttle to gondolas and lifts. Very clean. Very comfortable for our family of 4. Would stay here again.

What an amazing place. The owners thought of every detail—from fire starters to a fully stocked kitchen. If you’re looking for a perfect spot close to everything, look no further. This is by far the best place I’ve stayed in Breckenridge, and I’m there often.

Here’s a polished, friendly 5-star review you can post:---** Five Stars!**We had an amazing one-week stay at Lori and Dave’s place in Breckenridge. Everything was perfect—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better: close to the town center, grocery stores, the gondola, and Peak 9, with super easy access to the bus route.One of our favorite features was the underground garage parking, which made coming and going incredibly convenient. Lori and Dave were fantastic hosts, and their home was the perfect base for our family’s trip.Highly recommend—we’d absolutely stay here again!

Nice Place

Our unit was nice. Clean, well stocked, etc. Overall, very good. Only things I will say are that the ski lift is not particularly close, and the hot tubs that were close were indoors. I prefer outdoor hot tubs, but that is an option if you're willing to walk a ways. Fine by me, but rest of family not keen on that.

Great Location

Location was great to walk to lifts and to town. Communication from the hosts was great and they were very quick to answer any questions. Condo was very clean, comfortable and the murphy bed in the study was a great bonus.

Great location!

We stayed here for three nights for a spring break ski trip with our two oldest kids (age 4 and 10) and it was a quick walk to the village at the base of Peak 9 to access the Quiksilver lift. It’s also right across the street from the bus stop and a quick walk to main street! A great central location! The heated garage and ski locker was so nice! Just a heads up, if you have a long vehicle (Yukon XL) like we do, it may be difficult to park but still doable! That’s a minor issue ;) we enjoyed our stay! We’ll hopefully be back when we return to Breck!

1st Family trip to Breck!

This is our first family trip to Breckenridge. We looked at a lot of different places, and this listing hit all of the marks. We were delighted by the proximity of the hill. The amenities!!! pool the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked rooms were appointed. The place was actually bigger than we thought it was and we had a fantastic time

Blended family fun!

My husband and I took our two college kids for a ski vacation. The Murphy bed and sliding barn doors of the sun porch created a 3rd bedroom and allowed each of them to have a private sleeping space. Spacious living room and kitchen. The hot tubs were an easy ride down the elevator with no need to traipse through snow. Especially appreciated that we could walk to the lifts(stored our skis at the slopes) in less than 10 minutes and could also walk into town. The heated parking space was also a nice bonus! Hosts were kind and responsive with all inquiries. If this spot is available it’s a great one!For future guests I would suggest giving your biggest night owl the sun porch room as sounds and lights from the living room do pass through the frosted glass doors at night.

Perfect size and great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The Condo had everything we needed. Garage parking was a big plus. Condo is close to everything and walkable. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay

Everything was wonderful! Property was as posted, maybe even better! Everything was spotless. Great location. We parked our vehicle for the entire trip (heated garage) and walked about 3 minutes to Main Street. There is an Italian restaurant and wine tasting bar 2 minutes from the condo. The condo has EVERYTHING you need. All the pots, pans, seasonings, condiments, and even an air purifier! If you need groceries, you can order Safeway via uber eats. Firewood is provided for the fireplace as well. We will definitely rent from them again! The process was seamless! tastintasting around the corner

Perfect Getaway

My husband, 13 and 11 year old boys, and myself made the long drive from Texas and our stay was worth every hour on the road! Lori was very informative and responsive, and the condo was everything we hoped for and more. Location was amazing, and it was very clean upon our arrival. We loved having the fireplace and access to plenty of fire wood, and were pleased to see that the condo was more updated than we expected. Parking in the below-ground heated garage was very convenient, and we were lucky that it wasn't a very crowded time to be there, because our F-250 truck was able to get in and out just fine. We would definitely stay here again :)

My husband and I love Breckenridge and enjoy the friendly people and the amazing town. There is so much to do in the summit area throughout the year. We live in Arizona and love our mountain home. Our kids and their family love to ski and we enjoy biking, hiking, golf, summer concerts, festivals and the cool summer escape. We are excited to share our home with you.

The quaint town of historic Breckenridge has a small town vibe with a resort feel, located close to several attractions, restaurants and a short walk to slopes and town. The location and skiing is wonderful in our winter retreat with spectacular views of the mountains. In the summer Breck transforms into a biking and hiking paradise. As summer turns to fall the beauty of the Aspens are breathtaking, making Breck a delightful year-round attraction for everyone.

Just about every activity is within a 5 minute walk from our condo: Quick Silver and Snowflake lifts, Main Street, Riverwalk Center, Free Shuttle to Peak 8 and the Blue River. Our central location is what we love most.
