Lussuoso condominio con tutti i comfort di casa. Bellissimo condominio con soffitti cattedrale. Tranquillo, ultimo piano, angolo, unità. Camino. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale californiano. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e letti a castello. Divano letto queen size con materasso aggiornato. Lavatrice e asciugatrice nel condominio. Grandi TV a schermo piatto. La vasca idromassaggio è a pochi passi di distanza. Griglia a gas sul balcone. Wifi gratis. L'edificio vicino ha più vasche idromassaggio all'aperto, una palestra, bagno turco, sauna e sala giochi con biliardino, biliardo e air hockey. Perfect for our family of 5. Close to several activities we could walk to, and convenient for everything else we had planned. Extremely well stocked with necessities that we typically need to purchase when we check into vacation rentals (trash bags, detergent, toiletries, etc.).

Wonderful Breckenridge!

We chose this location because it could accommodate us and our three adult sons comfortably and we knew from previous trips that the location was near the features we most wanted. Walkability to the downtown area was excellent.

Beautiful condo with the perfect location!

Our family of 5 loved this spacious condo. Such a great location - easy walk to Main Street and Peak 9. Lovely high ceilings, lots of light and plenty of room. We loved having a garage for our car and the hot tub just down the stairs. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location and condo, very responsive host

We had a great stay! The property is conveniently located to Main Street and is walkable to the Quicksilver SuperChair (10-15 mins for adults). We carried our ski boots and changed into them at the Maggie, where there are plenty of lockers for stashing snow boots and bags, if needed.The property itself is great - spacious, bright, well-maintained, with mountain views. The kitchen was very well stocked with spices, cooking oils, and other staples. The hot tub is super close - just out the door and down a few flights of stairs. The host was also very responsive and helpful - the coffee maker broke during our stay, and she had a new one delivered a few hours later.I'd highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Location and Clean

This has been one of our best condos that we stayed in Breck. It was clean and had plenty of cookware with was a main issue with the other condos. The microwave wasn’t working but the owner was quick to reply and had a new microwave delivered the next day. It was a 10 minute walk to the chairlift although they gave buss service. I’ll stay here again. Thanks Debbie for all of your communication.

Wonderful Christmas Holiday getaway

This property is a prime location in Breckinridge. You can walk to the shops and restaurants on Main Street and the Peak 9 lift is a "very" short shuttle ride away. The furnishings are beautiful and this rental had all the comforts of home. We LOVED the hot tub, the fireplace, the views and the radiant heat floors! So cozy and comfortable for our family of 4. We will most definitely be back.

Awesome Breckenridge condo!

This property was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect for getting onto the slopes or into town. The host was extremely responsive. Highly recommended staying here!

2nd time staying here…still perfect

This is the second Christmas we have spent at this property. Great location, garage a big plus, plenty of space and cozy in the living room with fireplace. Looks out on the mountains, easy to walk to dinners in town. Host is very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Highly recommend without hesitation.

Beautiful! We loved the condo. Size was perfect for family of 3 and def. could handle a larger group. Location was also 5 star as you could walk to Main Street and still had views of mountains and all the beautiful trees. Owner was very responsive ! Comfortable, clean, and convenient !!

The Perfect Stay

We loved staying at this condo! Absolutely gorgeous, well appointed and exceptionally clean. It’s conveniently located just minutes from Main Street and Peak 9. There is a bus stop just 3 minutes from the condo that will take you to Peak 8 or 9, but we found it just as easy to walk to the base of Peak 9. The owners were very responsive and easy to reach. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening, and having an elevator to get our luggage up to the third floor was a nice luxury. Highly recommend this property. We hope to stay again!

Fantastic Location and Property

We had a great stay at the property. It was as advertised. Close to the village, Peak 9 base and also walkable to downtown Breckenridge. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 with lots of room and natural light. The apartment was also well stocked. The best part was our host Debbie who was very knowledgeable on the area and super helpful during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Hello from Breckenridge! Being one of the lucky ones as a Colorado Native, I've enjoyed Breckenridge and Summit County since I was just a child. In 2005 my family and I moved to Breckenridge to enjoy all that this wonderful community offers. I'm an avid skier and enjoy both alpine and Nordic skiing. One of my favorite things is volunteering with Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center giving skiing experiences for individuals with disabilities and special needs. In the Summertime you will find me hiking or biking on many of our amazing trails.

As a real estate broker, my relationship with these owners began in 2014 when I was first introduced to these ten owners who met through a college fraternity, and have maintained their friendship through the years.

We hope you enjoy your stay with us, and we thank you for choosing to stay at this wonderful condo!

These owners have always wanted to own a vacation home in a resort community and they loved the location of this complex and the spaciousness of this condo. Breckenridge appealed to their sense of a small, mountain town with all it's charm.

Additionally, with it's cathedral ceilings and fabulous views, the owners knew this was the condo for them.
