If you are looking for a mountain getaway right on Main Street in Frisco, look no further. The living room’s wraparound windows let you take in the sights of downtown while you relax inside. Walk to restaurants, quaint stores and coffee shops, then come home to a cozy and comfortable space, full kitchen, and 4 unit shared courtyard hot tub. Perfect for a couple, solo traveler, or family with kids. Close to free bus to Breck and Copper. Free assigned parking spot for one car and no resort fees.



Right in the Middle of It All

Windows stretch around the space, overlooking downtown Frisco. Enjoy your morning coffee while the town wakes up, then watch people stroll Main Street - feel the energy of this lively mountain town without stepping outside. It’s a wonderful spot a lazy to take in the mountain-town charm from the comfort of home. The bedroom is tucked toward the courtyard, away from it all. You’ll have a full kitchen, dining table fr 4, TV in both the living room and bedroom, and a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo.

Forget driving around looking for somewhere to eat or something to do. Step outside and you’re already there. Frisco’s Main Street is full of local restaurants, great little stores and coffee shops. Don’t skip the awesome historic Museum. Depending on when you visit, you might even catch live music or a local festival. Getting to the slopes is a breeze with bus stops to Breckenridge and Copper Mountain right on Main Street.

Whether you're planning a romantic getaway or an adventure-filled vacation, weekend of good food or exploring, you'll love the unbeatable location and cozy mountain feel.



Please no animals of any kind in the home. This is an exception to keep our son safe. He has asthma.

Close to the lake - just a few blocks from Frisco Bay Marina.

The condo is located on the second level - stairs must be climbed.

Parking. Free outdoor parking for one vehicle.

Hot Tub. After a day of adventure, you can soak in the hot tub in the courtyard. It’s a community hot tub, but there are only four units there.

Internet. Fast and free Wi-Fi in the unit.

No AC. No one has it up here, the cool, summer evenings and chilly nights keep the space comfortable. Please open the windows in the evening, and use the fan provided.

Staying in this condo was awesome. Walking distance to hikes, bars, restaurants, and the entire downtown in Frisco! The accommodations were as advertised and beyond our expectations. We will be back and this place is 5 stars for sure!

Great view from a great location! Very secure and easy walking to all of Main St. Free shuttles to Breck, Copper, etc. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen and bath.

This was the second time I have stayed here for two weeks. I like the location and the 270 degree view of Main Street from the living area. I am sure I will come again next year.

We’ve been to Frisco many times and by far this was my favorite place to stay! The unit is right on the corner and provides a great view to Main Street. I loved being able to open all the living room windows In the evening and hearing the music from below outside. Great small town soothing mountain vibe, and because of the location you really feel immersed.I will definitely look for this listing next time I’m in town!
