Everyone was easy to work with and very accommodating. We added a day to our stay and it was an easy process! The owner was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. We were very happy with our stay and it was in a great central location!

Last minute
My husband decided last minute he needed a bed to sleep after a week of camping. So from 1000 miles away I am frantically searching for something to book within an hour. The host was so accommodating and responsive! My husband said it was the best night of sleep he has had in a long time! Thank you!

Great location, owner, and experience
Everything was great! For a first timer, Owner sent out communications with all details prior to our stay and check in was efficient and hassle free. The only thing that could have made it better was that the room smelled of a previous meal that was cooked in the unit or nearby which remained throughout our entire stay. Outside of that, we would make it our go-to getaway.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our visit by another night. Jan is very helpful and the staff at the resort are attentive, kind, and willing to help out as much as they can!

Room was good; resort staff was discombobulated
Two components of our stay make up the three star rating: the room/resort condition and the service. I would say the room/resort was four stars, the service was two starts.
The room was clean, orderly, and included all necessary amenities. Resort included a fun game room with pool table that my son and I utilized twice. Hot tub was great, even on a cold, mountain day.
The poor elements of the stay: we were told we could check in at 4:00, our room wasn't ready until 6:30. They gave us our keys, and upon opening our door, someone else's luggage was in the room...they gave us keys to an occupied room. After getting the correct keys, walked into our room, took off our wet, snowy shoes, only to step onto some wet carpet.
While I can't fault the owner for this, you will have to contend with an overworked cleaning crew that seems to habitually run late, effecting check-in times.

Very clean and great location
The check in time was late (6pm) but only due to cleaning service running behind but there are plenty of things to do in town and you are just minutes from everything. Very clean and comfortable.
