Loved our stay! Place was perfect for our family and loved that it was within walking distance to everything in downtown Gatlinburg. It was also the perfect location to slide over to Pigeon Forge with a quick 15-20 minute drive. Will definitely be booking again!
The condo was a perfect size for we three adults. We were so appreciative of the convenient location which allowed us to walk just about everywhere. Communication was easy as Bryanne was readily available.
Our condo was good. The only thing I would recommend is bigger TV's in the bedroom(19 inches), and a fan in the bedroom that doesn't have air or heat .
Great location. Host was very helpful. We had trouble locating an item and the host had it delivered it was waiting for us when we came back from lunch. Everything was clean. We traveled with 5 adults and 1 preteen and enjoyed our stay so much. We cooked daily. Felt very safe the entire stay.
Property was located 10 minutes from Jason Aldean’s which was great. We were able to easily walk the entire main drag of Gatlinburg. Property was exactly as expected and clean.
Room was great, had a fireplace issue but not a deal breaker. Advertised as “new” but newly remodelled. Great location to walk to Gatlinburg. Parking is a little wonky, but don’t let that persuade you. We would stay there again for sure.
Our stay was amazing! Everything was clean and plenty of space for all of us. Our only issue was we couldn’t find extra blankets for the pull out couch but there were sheets in one of the closets and then we used our own blankets we brought for the car ride so it worked out fine!
We had a wonderful stay at this condo during the July 4th weekend in Gatlinburg and would happily stay here again! The biggest highlight was the location. The famous July 4th parade route runs along the main road right in front of the building, so we only had to walk a short distance to get a great view of the midnight parade that begins at 12:01 a.m. It was an unforgettable experience. This condo was also the perfect home base for exploring the area. Dollywood was only about a 20-minute drive away, and we enjoyed spending time in Pigeon Forge and exploring Great Smoky Mountains National Park. We loved the many attractions along the Gatlinburg Parkway and especially enjoyed visiting SkyPark for its incredible views and food options. Some of our favorite restaurants were The Park Grill, Calhoun’s, and The Old Mill. There is truly no shortage of things to do and places to eat in the area. The condo was very comfortable for our family of four. We brought our own pillows for personal comfort, but otherwise found the accommodations to be very comfortable and well suited for our stay.We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and are already looking forward to returning to the beautiful Smoky Mountains!
This apartment in Gatlinburg was perfect for us! We both tend to be home-bodies, so we thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful, clean, and comfortable space. It was a welcome retreat after being at the volleyball tournament each day with all the people and noise. I would definitely stay here again!!! The host was quick to respond to any questions. It was in a great location, and easy to get to.We loved it!
We enjoyed the location and loved having a balcony. Other reviews made comments about the linens and pillows not being the best, and we would agree. If you are sensitive to light and/or noise, bring a sleep mask/ear plugs, and you will be just fine. Also, you get an email about getting small amount of toilet paper, and they meant it (also mentioned in other reviews). We had a great time and this place worked out perfectly for what we needed! The signs about bears are no joke - we watched one from our balcony as he went from hotel to hotel checking vehicles and dumpsters (the bear was not interested in people). Nothing scary, just a reminder to be aware and lock your vehicle doors.
My family and I had a wonderful week in Gatlinburg. The condo was clean and spacious enough for 4 adults. The only complaint (if you can call it that) I have is the parking lot. The spaces as extremely tight and the lot its self is not user friendly. Not sure what else they could do to make it any better so just be aware it’s an interesting situation!
We appreciated the nicely decorated apartment, in spite of a very small kitchen. It was equipped with full-size appliances. The bed was comfortable. We didn't use the pool but it did look inviting. The view was not stupendous - overlooking a motel parking lot mostly and some chalets on the hillside beyond. The parking lot was tight and accessible via a very steep drive way off a steep road, which discouraged us from walking into Gatlinburg, though the distance wasn't that far. We would return for a future visit gladly.
Overall, the experience was decent. However, there was an ongoing issue with the heating in the master bedroom, which did not provide adequate warmth—especially during the winter months. I reached out to the property manager about this concern, but it was never addressed. As a result, I had to spend my own money to purchase a space heater in order to maintain proper heat. Additionally, parking in the condo lot is very tight and can be challenging.

Overall location is great for accessibility to Gatlinburg; however, it being described as "across the street from the aquarium" is a bit of a stretch. It's still a bit of a walk to the main strip. The apartment was tidy but could definitely use a deep clean. There seemed to be a thick layer of dust on the baseboards/doors and under the beds were a bit filthy. I would recommend bringing your own linens and pillows if you can as what is provided was definitely on the cheap side and not very comfortable after a long day of travel. I would also recommend bringing your own TP. Even though I booked a place with two bathrooms.. we only received TP in one bathroom assuming the host thought that's all that was needed for two people. Having the second bathroom stocked and ready would have been appreciated since we paid for it. Overall though a decent stay. The place did what it needed to do for us. Also a side note: be cautious of automated messages from this host. I reached out asking for an early check-in as we would be arriving around 3pm and the host told me if the room was ready she would get me in early. Well, I sat outside the room the entire hour before check-in, with no message from the host and the room was definitely ready before 4pm. Just don't expect any extras here even if the host will say it's a possibility. It's all fake marketing.
Great location. One room doesn't have great airflow. We opened the window at night and it cooled it down enough.

The property was clean and quiet. I wish we knew that we would have to climb up and down a hill to get to the main road (had an older parent with us).

The 2 bedroom condo was very disappointing. It wasn't clean and in all of the closet the had paint can and other materials to work on this apartment. Frig was dirty. The back door going to the balcony had a big glass window with no blinde on it. Or curtain on it. Very disappointing of the condo. Will never stay here again. We had a good time in Gatlinburg.
