I choose this neighborhood because the high school is wonderful, neighborhood is civilized, good educated. Nature environment is attractive. It is peaceful but still huge the prosperity of city.

This community located in suburbs of Washington DC. This property is very close to metro just 0.5mile, easier to visit capital, museums, White House and air &space museum. Beside there’re more other historic places, such as the first president George Washington manor..This property also looks like suburbs of New York there are shuttle buses each hour. For shopping it’s convenient too such as Tyson corner.
