Once you arrive, you won't end up doing much driving as you're literally located right in downtown Breckenridge. You'll be two blocks from the Breckenridge Brewery/Restaurant and everything else historic Main Street has to offer, three blocks from the local supermarket and liquor store, and two blocks from the indoor/outdoor ice skating rink. Not convinced this is the best location? There's more... Walk to a great sled hill at Carter Park and enjoy immediate access to hiking on the Jack's Cruel Joke trail!
Don`t believe the hype of those ski-in / ski-out condos. If you are that close to the slopes, that means you are not in town, where all the shopping, night life, restaurants, and beautiful people are! If you stay so far from Main Street, good luck catching a taxi at the end of a night out on the town! Of course, you could always have dinner in the lobby of some hotel, but is that really what you are coming to Breckenridge for? From this house you can walk 10 minutes to the nearest ski lift (Quicksilver) featuring direct access to peak 9 or just hop on the shuttle three houses down and head to Beaver Run (Peak 9) or the Breck Connect Gondola which services the base areas of Peaks 7 & 8.
