This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo on the 1st floor of Building 12 boasts a prime second-row location across from the ocean and facing peaceful 3rd Avenue North. Just steps from the shoreline, it’s perfect for families or friends looking to relax and enjoy the beach.

Inside, you’ll find a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and access to your private screened-in balcony, ideal for morning coffee or unwinding after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, dishwasher, and all the essentials for easy meal prep. A full-size washer and dryer make longer stays convenient and worry free. Enjoy a screened-in balcony with stunning views, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and access to pools, tennis courts, and beach access. Perfect for families or groups looking to relax and explore North Myrtle Beach.
We exclusively rent to families and adults aged 25 and older. Any violation of this policy will result in the denial of occupancy, and the full rental amount will be forfeited. Please note: Motorcycles, Boats, Trailers, ATV's, and Recreational Vehicles are not permitted.
