Beach access is just across the street and Main St is one Block South. This 3 Bedroom/2.5 bath condo is in the perfect location! A minute walk to Restaurants, Shopping and Park. Living Room has a 50" Vizio Smart Cast TV with Queen sofa sleeper, free wireless internet and screened porch. Fully equipped granite counter top kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances, toaster, coffee maker, disposal and LED lighting. Washer and Dryer located on front porch in separate room. Master Bedroom offers a King size bed Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress, flat screen cable TV, full bath and private balcony. Split floor plan offers a Queen Serta perfect sleeper bed with flat screen cable TV connecting half bath. Third bedroom offers Twin beds, smart TV full bath in hallway. Open floor plan in Living Room, Dining and Kitchen create a great place for family time. Club offers lighted Tennis Courts, kiddy pool, large swimming pool, hot tub under cabanas, large sundeck area, and an outdoor shower for your enjoyment. Covered parking area under building. The condo was great; it was clean and all appliances worked well; there were plenty of dishes and pots and pans; the screened in porch got a lot of use; we enjoyed both pools; we appreciated the proximity to the beach; and we enjoyed being in walking distance to the Main Street of the town.

Great location

Condo was good, convenient to the beach and shops. The screen porch is great for keeping all the chairs. It was clean, a little tight with 6 adults, but location makes up for it. . Bath towels could use a refresher but do the job.

Our 7th - Nine days stay in the condo - always great

The owner keeps this place is great shape. I often have to work on vacation so a good internet service is important. And he has a good one. Everything works. I always let him know when I arrive and leave and he answers quickly. I have never met the owner, but I like him.

The property overall.. is fine. It has enough space for us to sleep and hangout after the beach. The location is good and close to the beach and restaurants. The host had good communication and worked to solve all of our issues. We had an issue with missing parking passes which they worked fast to fix. Check in was easy. The dishwasher isn’t mounted into place and doesn’t work well. things needed washed multiple times or by hand. they had a good amount of supplies but didn’t provide more then 3 trash bags for a week stay for 6 people.. Wifi was good. The issue we had was the quality of the unit. things are falling apart inside and just overall feels muggy inside. the screened in porch area was nice! Overall if they put some work into the unit it would be great!

Perfect Location

This was a beautiful condo in an ideal location. Close to my favorite stores and some awesome local eats. The pool attendants were super sweet too. Pool noodles and having the laundry room at the entrance was perfect and reduced surf/sand making it's way in. Will definitely be booking again.

Spring Break

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was the perfect location. My 5-year-old loved the two pools and easy beach access. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance or just a short drive.

Great vacation rental twice a year for many years

This is the perfect rental for us. Always clean, well-stocked kitchen and great internet. I work while on vacation so keep one room for a field office and internet is critical. My wife and I share the other bedroom with a friend. The owner is easy to contact and very responsive on the few times something needed attention.

Great time

Our family had a wonderful time. Location had everything we needed. Access to pools and a quick walk to ocean. All age ranges in our group always had something to do!! Condo met all of our needs

Close to beach

Close to beach, tennis court and pool. Clean unit with stocked kitchen for cooking meals. No problems with check-in. Would recommend!

Great Spot!

Our place was really clean and perfect size for myself and my two teenagers. Everyone got their own room, and their own bathroom (definite bonus). Place had a really nice pool and spa which we visited often. The best part was being so close to the beach. Tons to do around town and everything was really close to where we stayed. Great communication from the host, would definitely stay here again!

Great to stay across the street from the beach

Tommy was a great host and very responsive. This is an older condo with a few quirks like two front door knobs that have to be turned simultaneously, but we had a good stay. I thought from pictures that this unit was on the beach, but it is a quick walk across Ocean Blvd. It backs up to pickle ball/tennis courts, and there is a pool in the community for lots of fun if you need a break from the beach.

Overall great place to stay

Great location, walking distance to beach.didnt have working blender,air vents need cleaning and vacuum bag had mold .no regular coffee maker, only keurig.no toliet paper . enjoyed our stay anyway,close to stores.

Great 2nd Floor Condo - we stay there twice a year

We have been renting this condo, twice a year for 9 days each for the past few years. We rent in Sept and April to coincide with the Caroline Shag Dance Convention. The condo is an easy 2 block walk to NMB's Main Street where all the dance halls (bars) are located. The unit is away from Ocean Drive so there is little if any street noise. Nice appliances and comfortable bed. Clean and owner is very responsive to any needs though there are seldom any. Strong internet signal which I used as I often work during our vacations.
