Whether you seek adventure or relaxation, this exceptional condo promises an unforgettable getaway in the heart of Park City.
- Dedicated covered parking spot and an uncovered spot behind it, located at the entrance to the condo. Additional uncovered guest parking spots located within the condo complex. The complex takes meticulous care of snow removal during the winter months.
- Oversized, serene community hot tubs and a pool with direct views of the golf course and Park City Mountain
- Condo layout: the two bedrooms are situated at opposite ends of the unit, offering privacy and space. Each bedroom features mountain views, an en-suite bathroom and fireplace.
- Oversized, upstairs bedroom includes a king bed.
- Main level bedroom includes a private balcony, a brand new custom built king bunk bed, mini-fridge, glasses, dishes, utensils and microwave.
Please note: for families with children under 10, the upstairs primary bedroom is separated from other sleeping areas. Parents can evaluate whether this arrangement is suitable for their children.
- In the living room, you will have a brand new sleeper sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress.
- A new water softener system has been installed.
- All new high end linens and towels.

The 2 parking passes are located on the coat hanger and MUST be returned at checkout. There is a $50 fee for each pass lost. The complex takes meticulous care of snow removal during the winter months.
Amazon shipments can be sent to the condo, though United States Post Office-US mail service is NOT available at the condo.
