Offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Marco River and Caxambas Pass, this remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium delivers a resort-style living experience just steps from Caxambas Park & Marina and less than a mile from the pristine beach.
The open kitchen boasts quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Flowing seamlessly into the dining and living areas, the space is enhanced by a custom mirror wall that amplifies natural light. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliders open to the screened lanai, creating the ideal setting for morning coffee or sunset cocktails with stunning waterfront views.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need during your stay; cooking utensils, toaster, and a Keurig coffee pot.
The primary suite is a private retreat, featuring a King size bed, an en-suite bath with dual sinks, quartz countertops and a recently retiled walk-in shower tiled floor-to-ceiling with a glass enclosure.
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The guest bathroom has a shower-tub combination.
There is a washer & dryer inside of the condo.
This resort-style community offering private and common boat docks, two heated pools, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce, shuffleboard, a large pavilion and beautifully maintained tropical landscaping.
For your enjoyment, we provide beach chairs, a wagon, and cooler.
Parking is free. There is 1 assigned covered parking space and plenty of uncovered guest spaces. Our parking spot is near the elevator.
There are luggage carts near the elevator.
** OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: **
- Monthly minimum stays only. Rental application required per the HOA. Fee $55 per person paid by guests, payable to condo assoc. Must be approved to complete the reservation.
- No pets no exceptions.
- Boat lifts are not available to renters.
