Our Mid-Century Modern style home offers something for everyone! The Pond House features a deck where you can step out and enjoy stunning morning and evening views of Applegate Pond, home to ducks, turtles, and stocked with fish. There’s also a private fishing dock for casting your line. We’ve created cozy lounging areas for sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The outdoor space includes a fire pit and a corn hole setup for added fun!

The property is just minutes from downtown, The Domain, and the new Austin FC Stadium. It’s 20 minutes to Austin 360 Amphitheater, Typhoon Texas, and Kalahari Resort. If you’re visiting for work, we’re only 5 minutes from Dell and Samsung, 20 minutes from Tesla, and 20 minutes to the airport.

We rented this house for a family gathering and it was perfect. Lots of seating areas, the decks were beautiful and plenty of room out there too. The host answered all my questions within 10 minutes. I would recommend this property for family gatherings or girls trip.

I booked this property for a girl’s trip. The host answered all of our questions quickly. The space is very roomy both inside and out. It was fun to watch all the birds out by the lake in the morning. It was not stocked with any coffee or spices that we could find, so probably best to bring your own if needed., a Keurig is provided. The cleanliness of the house fell short of expectations. If that is important to you, this may not be the right place to stay.
