Your cozy getaway awaits on the quiet side of Lake Of The Ozarks at this lovely house. Our home is located at the 44 Mile Marker of the Lake of the Ozarks, and is less than 20 miles away from the Ball Parks National. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bath rooms with plenty of room to sleep 10 or more people. The upper/main level of the home has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, the kitchen, family room and a laundry area. The Master bedroom has a King size bed and attached private bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The full guest bathroom is just outside the guest bedroom. The lower level has a bunk room 2 twin over full bunk beds, a sitting area and another full bath room. There is plenty of deck and patio space to enjoy the lake views while enjoying your morning coffee and evening beverages. House is located directly across from community boat ramp. Book now and enjoy everything this marvelous house, the lake and area has to offer.

Originally from Colorado, we moved to Missouri after falling in love with the Ozarks region.
Why they chose this property
We have a great mix of full-time and weekend residents here. Located on the “quieter” side of the lake gives vs us the ability to just relax and enjoy the lake views, or take a short boat ride to enjoy the busier areas of the Lake of the Ozarks.
What makes this property unique
Having lake views and lake access allows you to either sit back, relax and do nothing; or grab your water toys and enjoy the water of the Lake of the Ozarks. Being less than 20 miles from Ball Parks National fields makes our home a great choice to wind down after spending the day at the ball fields.
