At this five-bedroom coastal escape, your mornings start with the sound of waves and a front-row seat to the Gulf’s sparkling waters. Just steps from the sand, this home invites you to slow down and soak up the beauty of Panama City Beach. Four covered terraces—two with unobstructed Gulf views—become your favorite spots for morning coffee, lazy afternoon reads, or sunset toasts. When you’re not on the beach, the private courtyard offers a heated pool and spa for the perfect end-of-day unwind.

The first floor is more than just an entry—it’s your launchpad for fun. There’s an oversized, air-conditioned garage with elevator access, plus a cozy cabana suite complete with its own kitchen, bunk beds, ensuite bath, and direct pool access—perfect for grandparents, teens, or anyone who wants their own space. The second floor has three peaceful bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, so everyone has their own retreat. On the top floor, you’ll gather in a light-filled living space with wall-to-wall Gulf views. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen flows right into the dining and lounge areas, making it easy to keep conversations going whether you’re cooking breakfast or pouring wine.

Outside, fire up the built-in grill for an alfresco dinner, rinse off in the outdoor shower after a beach day, or simply relax on the fenced patio under the stars. And when you’re ready to explore, Thomas’ Donuts is literally next door for a sweet treat, Carousel Supermarket is just down the street for essentials, and Pier Park’s shops, restaurants, and entertainment are only 3 miles away. For a change of pace, Scenic Highway 30A is just a short drive, offering charming beach towns and endless activities.

*IMPORTANT* this is our home that we are excited to share with fellow beach lovers. We expect every guest to respect the home, its contents and follow the house rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. This is not the house for parties and/or night owls.

The entire house is yours!

Heated Pool charge of $50 per day paid after reservation is made. Must be notified and paid 48 hours before check in. Kept around 86-88 degrees unless the temps drop to the 30s .

Gas Grill must be cleaned if used. Failure to clean will result in a $150 cleaning fee
Pets- this is Dog friendly, and we love having fur babies. Please keep pets off the furniture and clean up after them. . Failure to clean up after dogs will result in additional $150 cleaning fee

Signed rental agreement and $500 security deposit hold on all bookings. Security desposit info will be emailed 24 hours after booking is confirmed. This is a hold 24 hours before check in and released 24 hours after checkout as long as the home is clean and damage free.

No smoking of any kind indoors

Dogs are allowed. No more than 2 dogs, and under 50lbs each. There is a $200.00 pet fee.

The home has 1 ring camera at the front door and is for security and have video/audio recording capabilities. It is used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with either camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund.

! Weather Related Refunds! - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.

Other things to note is a Signed rental agreement is required and will be sent within 24 hours after booking is confirmed.
