Deeded beach access is located just across the street and is clearly marked "Moonraker beach access" near the Seacrest Condominiums.

Step inside and be greeted by a warm, open living space designed for comfort and convenience. The cozy living area features a plush sofa—perfect for movie nights in front of the mounted TV. The open-concept layout flows naturally into a cheerful dining space for two, creating a versatile area for morning coffee or intimate dinners.

The adjoining kitchen, compact yet fully equipped, boasts a refrigerator, smooth electric stove/oven, and microwave—everything you need for whipping up fresh, home-cooked meals. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, from pots and pans to dishes and utensils. While there’s no dishwasher, you’ll find the compact space easy to manage so you can get back to your beach day (or night out on the town) in no time!

Unwind in the inviting bedroom, where a queen-sized bed and large closet offer the comforts of home. Wake up to the Gulf breeze and enjoy private access to your own balcony—the perfect spot for morning coffee or relaxing with an evening under the stars. The full bathroom is stocked with fresh linens, featuring a convenient tub/shower combo and single vanity.

There’s no washer and dryer inside the unit, but a well-maintained onsite laundry room is available for guest use. You’ll also have access to the community outdoor pool and grilling area. Great for relaxing afternoons and easy dinners.

We also manage the units next door- Moonraker #4 and #5! These neighboring units are perfect if you’re traveling with friends or family who want to stay close, yet enjoy their own private space. Book both units for the ultimate group getaway or enjoy this cozy retreat all to yourself!

Property was centrally located and just a short walk to the beach! It was so clean and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable!! This is the best kept secret on the beach!! And the owner was so easy to work with and checked to see if we needed anything! Will definitely go back! I highly recommend!
