About this property

Our vacation home is located at a 200 feet wide Gulf access canal with Southern exposure in desired SW Cape Coral. It provides two Queen size beds in the spacious master suite. The two other bed rooms with two Twin beds each are sharing one full bathroom located between these bed rooms.
There is a beautiful, solar heated pool in a tropical landscaped garden, so it becomes the ideal place for a relaxing holiday and you will not see a high electric bill for heating the pool.
There is an allowance of $42.00 per week for electric consumption, any significant higher usage will be billed with $0.18 per KWH and settled with the security deposit within one week after departure. Rate is for occupancy of 4, each additional person is $20.00 per night.
For extended stays of at least 4 weeks 15% discount, 8+ weeks 20%.

There is a pool billiard table in the great room providing a great view over the pool area to the wide canal.

Paradiesisches Ferienhaus in Cape Coral: Entspannung pur auf der überdachten Terrasse am Pool

Von Anfang bis Ende war unser Urlaub eine wunderbare Erfahrung, und dieses Haus hat zweifellos dazu beigetragen, dass es unvergesslich wurde. Zunächst einmal möchte ich die großartige überdachte Terrasse hervorheben. Es war ein wahrer Genuss, dort zu sitzen und die warmen Floridatage zu genießen, geschützt vor der Sonne, aber dennoch im Freien. Die Terrasse bot einen perfekten Rahmen für entspannte Abende mit Familie und Freunden. Der saubere Pool war zweifellos das Highlight für unsere Kinder (und ehrlich gesagt auch für uns Erwachsene). Es war so erfrischend, sich an einem heißen Tag in das klare Wasser zu stürzen und sich zu entspannen. Und dann war da noch der Steg, ein echtes Juwel dieses Anwesens. Die Kinder hatten eine großartige Zeit beim Angeln dort, und wir alle genossen es, den Tag mit einem Spaziergang durch die gepflegte Nachbarschaft zu beenden. Die Aussicht von der Terasse aus war einfach atemberaubend und wird uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, dass unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus in Cape Coral einfach fantastisch war. Die tolle Villa, der saubere Pool und die nutzbare Garage haben unseren Urlaub zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Wir können es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen! Kurt was a very responsive property manager. Our house was clean with a good floor plan. A couple more comfortable chairs in the TV room and Living room area would be a very welcomed addition. Looking forward to returning. Thank you Kurt

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood

My two kids(7 and 3), wife and I had a blast in the enclosed backyard pool on spring break. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and close resturants. There are a lot of glass items in the house, you may need to be careful about them if you have young children. Overall it was a good time.
