Easiest check on and out we have ever experienced. Great location to Grocery stores, gas stations, Universal Studios. Its just far enough away that its peace and quiet. Its still close enough to get to theme parks quickly. My oldest child had a bathroom to himself. My youngest had her own bathroom, multiple beds to sleep in all week. The kids already said when we comeback in a few years we want to say here again. Everything about this location was great. Will be rebooking in a few year.

We had a lovely experience at this property. Only 20 ish minuets to Disney and 35 ish to Universal. The property is clean and modern and each room has a smart tv. Fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils and utilities you could possibly need. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area looking for a quiet relaxing place to stay

The house is great, spacious and in a great location. We would stay here again. My family and I sat by the pool. My husband got in but it was cold so my feet were very comfortable just being on the stairs..lol. Beautiful home that is spacious.

We had a few issues that were handled for the most part quickly although after attempting to send chats I ended up needing to call the host after slow response times. When we got there the pool was not filtering therefore the pool was dirty. The pool guy came the next day-late morning and said the filter was dirty. He cleaned the filter but the pool never had full jet streams. We asked why the neighbors pools surrounding us were filtering well and it was obvious. Pool guy said “this pool is different and it won’t flow like the neighbors.” Then the AC stopped working. I called the host and the repairman came after couple hours and was able to fix it in a timely manner. The house for the most part was clean although the appliances and the cabinets had not been wiped down. My biggest complaint is there was only one roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom-no extra rolls available. Only one roll of paper towels and only one dishwasher pod available, and only one garbage bag. Some of the dishes in the cabinets and the silverware were dirty and we had to wash them by hand prior to use And we had to wash by hand after grilling out two of the days. Overall I would rate at a 3.5 stars.

The house was everything and more that we expected It was clean and inviting. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans although we did not make of use of it. We did appreciate the coffee maker The game room was used by our adult grandchildren. We did not use the pool but it seems to have plenty of accessories if we wanted to enjoy it. We would definitely rent again

Host was informative and pleasant. House was clean, the location was quiet and convenient, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. Dishwasher was broken, when I notified them I got no response. Ran out of toilet paper, one role in each bathroom and one was half gone.
