Guests will have access to the entire home except the detached garage.

We give guests space and privacy, but we live close by and are only a message or call away.
-Dogs are allowed, but need to be approved *prior* to your booking. If approved, there is a $200 per pet fee. Please keep pets off the beds and furniture due to shedding and please pick up after your dog in the yard. Cats are not allowed at the home.

-If we can accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests, it is $25 per hour

-Smoking is only allowed outdoors.

The cleaning fee only covers normal cleaning of the home. Please see and follow our check out instructions prior to leaving our home. Groups that leave our home that requires extra cleaning or groups that do not follow the above house rules will be subject to additional cleaning charges.
