Other things to note:
-Smart Home & Safety: The home is equipped with an Ecobee smart thermostat and Smart Security system, including occupancy/motion and door/window sensors. The system listens for smoke alarms and, when one is detected, records a short audio clip of the alarm for safety verification. It does not continuously record audio or video. Exterior security cameras are disclosed separately in the listing.

- Exterior Security Cameras: For your safety and for property protection, exterior security cameras are installed at the front and back of the home. These cameras monitor outdoor areas only and do not record any interior spaces.

- Local Wildlife: As with many homes in Texas, occasional bugs or small critters may appear. The property receives regular professional pest control, but if you notice anything during your stay, please let us know so we can address it promptly.

- Trash Collection: If your stay includes a Wednesday night, we kindly ask that you roll the trash and recycling bins to the curb for Thursday morning pickup and return them afterward. Please don't overfill the trash bins. We appreciate your help!

- Landscaping Service: Our landscaper visits periodically to maintain the yard. They may briefly access the front or backyard during daytime hours to complete routine maintenance
