In town getaway

Due to renovations at my home i needed to find a place to stay nearby. The location of this home was prefect. Close to cedar park shopping and restaurants. It was super comfortable and quiet. I only wish it wasn't so hot at night as i would have loved to light the outdoor fireplace. The hostess was super easy to contact and she was fast with her responses.

Good place to stay

The house was in a good location, close to most places. It had enough bedrooms for the 9 of us, but only 2 bathrooms, wished it had more. Plenty of room for all of us to either play games or watch tv. It was comfortable enough.

Fun weekend getaway

This house is very nice, spacious and fun! We had a relaxing time and we’re very comfortable all weekend. The property exceeded expectations and the listing is very accurate! Also, Brandilyn was a very prompt communicator and very friendly in all interactions. Highly recommend this house!!

Convenient location

The owner was very easy to work with and answered promptly when contacted. The house was perfect for the 9 adults we had staying there. The kitchen/family room area was big enough for everyone to be together. The only thing that was different than listed was the bedroom listed with two bunk beds had two twins instead with one trundle. If we had all 10 adults attend our trip, we would have been short a bed. But the front living room had a large sectional sofa that could have been used as a bedroom if needed. The washer and dryer were convenient as our group went to Lake Travis one of the days. The location of the house was perfect-in a quiet residential neighborhood but close to stores and restaurants.

Nice stay

It is a great neighborhood and really nice property. Only thing is that every room except the master room is TINY. The room that is supposed to have 4 beds (bunk) only had two and a bed that rolled out from underneath one for a total of 3. There is no room for that bed to be rolled out to. You couldn’t walk anywhere in the room if the third bed was rolled out and that left us wondering where the fourth bed for that room was and how in the world it would fit in there. The property is nice and clean and everything else is as advertised. Backyard is a wonderful hangout spot but they did have quite a few roaches outside (ruined our vibe while sitting out there at night). But I didn’t see any inside the house.

Good home

We enjoyed the home and it was a nice place to stay for our family. The location was good and the home generally clean and well stocked. Overall, had a good time and would recommend the house.

The house was perfect for the age of people staying in it. There was an issue with ants and roaches, property management indicated they had appeared with the last guest. Requested exterminator, brought over a can of Raid….

Nice place; GREAT PRICE

Needed a place for 6-7 adults to stay in the austin area. At the price, cannot beat it compared to most others in the area. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook. Beds were a little on the squeaky side, but they got the job done. Definitely would recommend and stay again if ever in the area with a group of that size.

Very pleasant stay in a quiet neighborhood

We were in the Austin area for a family event and this house worked out very well. House is clean, well equipped (basic food supplies were a bit lacking - salt, sugar etc.) and overall very good. The washer leaked when we put the used towels for cleaning (pre-departure requirement), but hopefully thats an issue the owners can fix quickly. Overall, very good and satisfactory stay. Thanks.

5 Star House in Leander

Very clean, nicely furnished, roomy and well equipped home. The back yard was wonderful. My dogs loved running free and enjoying the Texas weather. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Could not have asked for a better stay.

Very Comfortable

The amount of space and beds is great. The mattresses were all very comfortable and we slept well. The only complaints are the faucets, in master bath both the tub and shower knows need to be replaced immediately as getting the water on and comfortably requires effort as they are stripped. The backyard is huge and we love the outdoor space.

Great place for lake visit!

We enjoyed our stay. It looks like the property owners take previous feedback seriously. There are two big TC areas now and the main bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The backyard is amazing and my dog enjoyed walks around the neighborhood!

Nice place for a quick trip

Nice house as advertised, lots of room and cool backyard. It could use a deep clean though, it wasn’t terrible but there was hair all over the towels in the bathroom, couches not very comfortable, and only the tv’s are in the living areas. Master bed is hard as a rock but all the others are super comfy. Very nice neighborhood. It’s about 20 min drive to the lake. Overall it worked for our short little get away to lake Travis.

Nice Property

Our overall experience was great. The only issue we had were outlets in the guest bathroom not working, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom not working, and being unable to light the gas grill outside. A larger couch or more chairs in the living room would be great, however we made the best of the front room with the sectional which was very comfortable. House could use a good dusting, but no complaints. We had a wonderful time, the location was in a good proximity to stores, Kalahari Resort, and attractions we visited Austin. Being from Houston, I’m no stranger to traveling more than 20 minutes anywhere in my city so travel time did not bother us. The owner was very responsive and we are glad we chose this location!

Great house but not clean

The house had everything we needed to have a great time, but it lacked basic cleanliness and products. There were food crumbs on and between the couch cushions, and we found dirty socks behind the couch as well. We also had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies because there was either none provided or not enough to last the whole stay. Other than that, it was a great place!

Not in Austin.

The house is cute but the listing stated it was in Austin, after everything was paid for I noticed the location said Leander. I would’ve never booked it knowing it was outside of the city. It’s extremely frustrating when you book something then the location changes. This is not in Austin! We were only provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 towels and there were 6 of us staying.. The house didn’t have any fire wood or starters which was frustrating since we chose this listing cause of the nice backyard. I did message the host and they said they didn’t have any wood since it’s not cold. The house is clean and decorated beautifully, even the host responded to my messages quickly.. this is just not what we expected and hoped for.

Just what our family was looking for..

We were looking for a home to accommodate 10-family members which we invited to come up for a wedding. This house met our expectation and some! Be was very friendly and responsive with any questions or concerns that arose. Our family made such great memories and couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
