The house is located in a quiet neighbor while centerally located between Sieta Keyes and DT Sarasota. Its with in minutes to the several grocery stores and great restaurants. Guests have said it is great for families with young kids.

Recommending renting a car if you are staying in Sarasota. We found that Budget has good prices. Groceries stores and restaurants are minutes from the house. The closest beach is about 10 minutes away.

Please note that the home does not allow booking by guest under 24. There is no smoking or parties allowed, and all guests must be registered.
Absolutely no parties or underage drinking.

All adult guests must be registered.

No SMOKING of any kind in the house.

No cats, all dogs must be fully vaccinated and house (potty) trained.

Please do not have your personal mail sent to our home address.

Please do not put food, coffee grounds, or grease down the sink.

Please turn off back porch & side garage light by 10 p.m. (The light shines in the neighbors window).
