Perfect location for me. I loved Arcata and this place was perfect. Made breakfast every morning and the kitchen was great. The bed and the fold out couch was very comfortable

Exceptional stay at the Arcata Sunset Townhouse! Highlights: absolutely spotlessly clean home; exceptionally comfortable bed; easy check in/out; quick and clear host communication. Little things that make all the difference: good water pressure; handheld shower nozzle; abundant towels/pillows/blankets/etc. Things to know before your visit: there is no traditional table (just a narrow bar with three barstools) and there are no light-blocking window coverings (some windows have linen-type shades that provide privacy but allow light). Overall: I will gladly book this property again for my next visit to the area—great find!

The stay here in Arcata was wonderful and Wesvery comfortable accommodations. The neighborhood was central, and we took many walks from there to explore downtown and beautifulHumboldt State campus. If you enjoy hiking, the hiking trails that lead off of the campus into the redwood forests are breathtaking! Very enjoyable stay.
