New build home located in Pagosa Springs CO. Our house has 4 bedrooms with two masters suite design each with their own private bathrooms and two guest rooms each with a queen bed. The property features radiant floor heating throughout the home, stainless steel appliances, outdoor covered dining areas, and countless other amenities. Great location for hitting the slopes in the winter and exploring nature all year round. Experience all that Pagosa Springs has to offer!

*Get in touch with us if there is anything damaged so it can be fixed or replaced. *Wash dirty dishes *Leave used beds unmade. *Start a load of laundry with a set of bedding sheets or towels.
*Clean up spills or messes *Remove and discard any opened food items *Throw trash away into trash bin in garage.
*Turn off the lights, TV and fans if used. *Close all windows before exiting. Set thermostats to 65º F (winter). *Lock up all doors/windows and ensure the garage door is closed before exiting.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking/vaping on the property or in the house. This includes entry ways to any doors around the house and patio areas.
Do not use wood fireplace it is only for emergencies.
Large parties, gatherings, and other social functions for non guests are strictly prohibited.
