Perfect family ski end unit Condo with just 2 miles away from the base of Stratton.
There are 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a family room that can be use as a bedroom that has a pull out couch or air mattress, great room to also use it as a playroom while adults can enjoy some time in the living room by the fireplace. Sleeps 7
Level 1 (Lower level) has 2 bedrooms. 1 with bunk beds and the second bedroom has a Full size bed. Bathroom in the hallway with washer and Dryer machine. It also has another room that can be use as a bedroom, playroom, or just for an extra room for entertainment.
Level 2 open space - Kitchen with dining table for 6, on the same level is the living room with fireplace, also Outdoor patio by the kitchen with a cooking grill and a balcony by the living room.
Level 3. MB bedroom with Bathroom and a king size bed. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and 2 twin bed. A full bathroom in the hallway.

The primary issues were cleanliness, maintenance, and safety.The home was not clean upon arrival (visible crumbs and dirty floors). Throughout the stay, there were multiple unresolved maintenance issues: no trash bags or dishwasher detergent provided, several lightbulbs out (including in the master), two basement bedrooms without working lights, broken lamp hardware, partially functioning outlets, a microwave handle that has been broken for years per prior reviews, and a freezer that leaks nightly and creates a puddle on the kitchen floor.There were also safety concerns, particularly for families with young children: no railings on the stairs, a detached bunk bed ladder, an extremely high top bunk without adequate guarding, and the recurring water leak creating a slip hazard.The host responds quickly to messages, but most issues were not resolved during our stay.

Great location

Condo was perfect for our group (two families). Having two living rooms, upstairs and downstairs, was helpful. Wifi worked great. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. Easy to get to and from Stratton. Thanks for a great stay!

Stratton mountain ski trip

Stayed with 12 people total for a New Years skiing trip. It was a great location with a short drive to the mountain. Spacious common room/ kitchen for a large group setting. Emmanuel was very responsive in helping!

The location is great to the mountain. The place itself is very dated. The master shower needs to be repainted. The inside of the shower is peeled away. THe furniture is very dated too. When we arrived we could barely open the sliding doors, they need to be greased. We were a family of 11 there for 5 days. There were no trash bags, laundry pods or dishwasher pods - the host said the housekeeper left two - there were none, and we would need a minimum of 5 anyways. We went and bought our own, after two days of going without. The microwave handle is broken, although host was aware and its being replaced he says. Other note - there are bunk beds, but they are not safe for 5 yo and younger to sleep in - there is no rail on the top bunk and the ladder is not attached to the beds - clear safety issue. We did not let the kids sleep in there. There were no outside lights to turn on that worked. We were disappointed. The host responded promptly, but never resolved things missing. I do not think this is a good place for families with young kids, the stairs are open and the lower 4 stairs to go upstairs has no railings - we were constantly having to block them from our 1.5 yo grandson.

We should have known by the pile of walkway stone swept into a corner (with the broom next to it, leaned against the wall), old Bud Light box, cobwebs and dead bugs all on the porch that this property was not going to be nice. It wasn't. Everything was very old, except in the kitchen. The place hasn't enjoyed a thorough cleaning in a long time, evidenced by the yellow "dust" from the decaying curtains in the master bedroom (which I found my daughter sweeping with her hands) the dead bugs on the porch, on windowsills & stuck in cobwebs throughout the house, old food in the fridge, tops of the heaters complete with dust & bunnies, ripped shower curtain, and lack of firewood (despite the picture) to have a fire despite a dirty fireplace. Several lightbulbs were out throughout the house. We were thoroughly disappointed and disgusted.

Spacious condo off the access road

Nice condo right off the access road. We were comfortable with 2 families of 4 and there were two living spaces for the kids to play and adults to hang out separately. Emmanuel was accommodating and quick to respond to messages even after we left and realized we forgot something at the condo. Short drive to the lodge - probably about 5 minutes or less.

Our stay was great! Everything was as expected. The host was awesome, we had to adjust our check in time and had no issues moving it up! Very helpful host, location is great being close to the mountain. We would consider staying at this location again. Thank you!

Great winter get-away

Perfect location for family trip to Stratton Mountain. Spacious house, with plenty of room for a large group. House was stocked with anything you could need. Location was absolutely perfect to get to many attractions easily, especially skiing at Stratton. Highly recommend.

Modern condo at a great location with lots of amenities

The place was perfect for a group of twelve family and friends. It was cozy, comfortable, and conveniently close to the lifts. Condo looked modern and the place had a dishwasher, laundry machine, wifi, smart tv, and a fireplace although we didn’t get a chance to use it. The property manager was nice and gave us instructions that were easy to follow. Overall had a great snowboarding trip.

Great ski house

Loved the house - plenty of beds and bedrooms for everyone! The main floor is open with a great fireplace and hang out area. Conveniently located off the Stratton Mountain Access Road - maybe 5 mins to the mountain. Had a blast, would book again!

Amazing!!! Best ski vacation!

Rented this condo this past weekend and everyone had a great time. The property is perfect for a weekend ski getaway, perfect location and easy access. The drive to Stratton mountain is less than 5 minutes away. The condo was in great condition when we arrived and we left it the same way. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Pretty much like staying the weekend at your own home. They had everything one could need and the owner was extremely responsive and helpful the entire time. Overall great time. Will definitely be back. Thanks again.
