Tahoe Sunshine & Powder: Newly Remodeled 2 Bedroom

Classy and comfortable, newly remodeled two bedroom split-level condo in the Mountain Shadows development, minutes from iconic Lake Tahoe and powder-kissed Diamond Peak ski area. Great for a quiet retreat or fun-filled adventure! Fully equipped kitchen and a new 77" television. This two bedroom features a king bed, double bed, sofa bed and Murphy bed, and 1.5 bathrooms. During the summer months (Memorial Day to Labor Day), you're steps away from one of two shared pools. The coded door allows guests easy access to the condo. There is a staircase up to the unit and stairs within the condo. It is not, unfortunately, wheelchair accessible. Due to severe allergies, we cannot welcome animals of any kind. There is an exterior security camera located in the entryway (only).

Wonderful place to stay, living area was a great space and kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Beds were comfortable. Shower was amazing! Would definitely stay again! Just incase you’re hesitant regarding the stairs, while they are mentioned in the listing, there are two sets of stairs going up to the condo that aren’t pictured, one set of 14 that are shallow and a set of 3 that are much taller/steeper right at the parking spot. As mentioned would definitely stay again, but wanted to mention this incase someone’s trying to ride a fine line of what’s too many stairs for say someone older to handle each day.

The place is really well renovated and decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies for preparing delicious meals. The TV is amazing. The condo is supplied with lots of great puzzles and games for entertainment for all ages during a snowy lock-in. The fireplace was also a great add for snowy days. Host was really responsive.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The check-in process was very easy and the owners insured that we had everything we needed. The location itself is very close to a Raleys, and right in between Senh Harbor Beach and Kings Beach. Inside the home, you had an upgraded bathroom and kitchen area along with a large washer and dryer that allows us to do one load for our whole family. We can't wait to stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. It has a nicely updated kitchen with all the essentials, as well as updated bathrooms, and a spacious upstairs living room and downstairs bedrooms. Our friend was also very comfortable on the Murphy bed upstairs. Very quiet location and so convenient to walk down the street where there are numerous eateries including the Hyatt Regency. Easy to park with 2 parking passes provided. Also close to the Raley’s grocery store. We walked the East Shore Trail over to Sand Harbor and there is a free TART bus back to Incline too. This was a great North Shore starting point for my class at the UC Davis Tahoe Science Center and our activities in Tahoe City and Truckee.Hosts Dan & Laila were always available to answer questions and made us feel very welcome! Highly recommend!
