Welcome to our family villa, where you will have everything you would desire to make you vacation one to remember. Located close to Disney and many golf courses

After a fun packed exhausting day at Disney (6 miles) or Universal (24 miles) , or may of the golf courses located within a 30 min drive, you will be able to unwind in the comfort of this luxuriously furnished Villa.

With 3400 sq/ft of air conditioned space there is plenty of room to accommodate up to 12 guests.

You could enjoy a relaxing drink around your very own private heated pool and spa, complete with patio furniture, luxury sun loungers and pool bathroom. The kids can have a great time playing pool or watching a movie in the upstairs den.

The living room and family room both have large flat screen TVs, complete with Bluray players.


Cable TV is available on all TVs via streaming boxes, and WI FI internet access is available at no extra cost.

Meal times will be stress free in the large fully fitted kitchen and dinning area.

The villa has one huge master suite furnished with a comfy king size bed, Large TV and Bluray payer. The room is complete with large bathroom and walk in closet.

The other two master bedrooms are complete Queen size beds, bathroom and TVs.
For guests with restricted mobility one of the master bedrooms is situated on the ground floor.

The two twin rooms are furnished with 2 single beds and TVs. All are close to the upstairs family bathroom.

To accommodate two guests there is also a double sofa bed in the den

For child safety the pool door is complete with a child alarm, no pool fence around the pool.
High chair, play pen/cot, stroller and stair gates are available in the property. Guests can fit the removable stair gates if they require them.

You could enjoy a relaxing drink and unwind around your very own private heated pool and spa, complete with patio furniture, luxury sun loungers and pool bathroom, all overlooking the conservation area. We had a great time my family an myself kids enjoyed the pool house is gorgeous upstairs gets a little warmer then i like but still loved it great house for the price...the pool table needs to be cleaned im guessing from past guess but other than that love the property looking forward to hopefully staying here again.

This house was perfect for my family. Big enough it gave us our own space allowing us some alone time as needed. The kids loved the heated pool. Driving distance to Disney and SeaWorld was what really sold us. Nice quiet neighborhood. Mark our host was amazing.

The house is just as listed. Great location near Disney but not enough parking for a large family as neighbor’s vehicles were taking up much of the area. Could use more hand towels and washcloths as there were only two in the entire house. Overall a pleasant place to stay.

The house is nice - pool & hot tub wonderful. Enjoyed looking out on to the conservation area while relaxing on the pool deck. Don't count on sleeping on main floor until mattress is replaced. Could not access property on our first night as property manager had changed code & had not informed ourselves or the owner. Owner did refund cost of hotel.

Amazing Time

We absolutely loved staying at this home. Myself and my 2 grown daughters, son-in-law, and 3 grandchildren. Plenty of room to be together while still having enough space for yourself. The kids had a blast in the pool and we all enjoyed the spa. The pool table brought everyone together. It was nice to have different living spaces to hang out. No one felt cramped and I never had to tell the kids to keep it down. Absolutely beautiful property that is very well maintained. Thank you for having us! I would definitely stay again if in Orlando.

Spring Break 2025

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, we noticed how clean and well-maintained it was, which immediately made us feel at home. The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing enough comfort and privacy for our entire family. While we spent most of our time at the parks and didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool area, we were delighted to unwind in the hot tub after our long days of park hopping. It was the perfect way to relax and soothe our tired muscles after an exciting day of adventures.Additionally, the owners were extremely communicative and helpful throughout our stay. They made the check-in process easy and seamless, allowing us to settle in without any hassle. Overall, our experience at this property was wonderful, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly accommodation in the area.

Florida stay looking for some R&R. Also in town for my oldest son’s wedding.

We were in Florida for my son’s wedding, and for some much needed family time.Now . I’m being very truthful on this review. What do I have to lose on a not perfect review .Nothing at all but the owners should Know what is going on in their rental.I noticed the following.Carpet needs professional cleaning. Several stains and dirty.Shades on lamps were coming apart and needed attention.Banister that were going upstairs were different and looked odd.Ceiling fan in master bedroom made noises like it was on its last leg I’m just saying there’s maybe about 300 worth iWork here to get this beautiful house back into ship shape to get you Mote 5 star ratings.Good luck JimI no o t ty iced the follow

A Week in Dec for Disney

The home is exactly as described. Very spacious and clean. Pool was perfect for our large family. The home had great amenities including washer/dryer, pool table, gaming system, pool, and lots of gathering space. It was a great week For our family. A few things to note: you can’t adjust the A/C below 75. You can’t turn off the system either. For example, one day it was 86 degrees and one night it was in the upper 30’s. Everything in between. We couldn’t cut off the heat in the home or adjust back. There is only parking for one car in driveway. The road has parking, but close to the home, road is very full with other parked cars. Just plan accordingly and your stay will be great.
