Little Miss Cottages - One Bedroom Cottage

Just steps away from seven miles of sand and surf, this beach cottage sleeps up to 4. This air conditioned cottage has a private bedroom with queen bed (Pillow Top mattress) and full size pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchenette is equipped with cook/tableware and full size appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker). Each cottage has it`s own picnic table and gas grill, and parking for two vehicles. Enjoy the communal fire pit, we supply the wood!

One of the last remaining beach cottages in Old Orchard Beach! This one bedroom beachside cottage sleeps up to 4.

Guest has access to entire cottage.

Staff is available in the office every day from 9am to 5pm.

Just under a mile from the famous OOB Pier and shops, trolley picks up every 1/2 hour, local sandwich shop, that makes the BEST Lobster Rolls in Old Orchard Beach, is directly across the street!

Address to the property is: 173 East Grand Ave. Old Orchard Beach, ME 04064. From I-95 take Exit 36 - Saco/Old Orchard Beach. Parking included with stay.

It was very clean and it’s pet friendly. The host went above and beyond and was truly friendly while doing so. A great location and quiet at this time of year. The bed was very comfortable. The shower nice and hot. I would rent that seaside shanty again.

Such a cute rustic cabin, cozy and quiet two minute walk to the beach very easy check in and check out very comfortable bed perfect for one or two people and a pet host answers almost immediately! Recommend it for sure!

First of all, the location was great. It was walking distance to the beach and the grassy area in the back was great for walking dogs. We do appreciate that pets were allowed. The property needed a lot of TLC. The screen door was broken, the interior doors didn't latch properly so you can actually get locked out of the bedroom and bathroom. There was no top sheet on the bed and the bed seemed smaller than a queen. It seemed like a full size mattress. There was no hand soap at the bathroom vanity or hand soap in the kitchen. We did not cook there since we were only there for 2 nights but even if we wanted to, there wasn't a great variety of pots and pans. The host was very responsive when we had any issues. They did deliver another set of linens for our second night. For the price, it wasn't as quaint as we expected but with a little cosmetic make-over it would be much better. We are hosts to a short-term rental in upstate NY so we know that some little touches go a long way to make a great impression.
