Our home is the largest of all the town homes with over 2000 sq. ft. of living space including 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a large 2nd floor balcony.

Paseo is an award-winning gated community (Community of the Year Award from the Lee Building Industry Association, as well as several Pinnacle Awards for residential design and amenities) surrounded by the pristine environment of the Six Mile Cypress Slough.

The Paseo Village Center includes a full-service concierge, a bistro, an ice cream parlor, a pub, an internet café, a coffee shop, a 4,000 square foot fitness center, a business center and library, as well as spa services and a 90-seat theater with a projection room and comfortable elevated seating.

The free-form pool has earned a Pinnacle Award for Best Pool Design. It includes elaborate waterfalls and rockscapes, as well as a poolside gazebo serving refreshments. Adjacent to the main pool is a large spa, a fitness oriented lap pool and a children’s water playground.

All bedrooms and living room have flat screen TVs and ceiling fans. Smart TV/Roku- no need to rent videos. Log into your own account - Netflix, Crackle, Amazon Instant Video, Hulu. Access your Amazon Cloud Player music or Pandora using our SONOS Music System or just use the SONOS to play from your iPhone.

Also included is just about any appliance or kitchen gadget you will ever need. Besides the regular items (toaster, blender, etc...) also included are Keurig coffee maker, waffle maker, juicer and toaster oven.

All towels, sheets, and pillows, etc. are provided and of excellent quality. All mattresses are encased in dust mite/bed bug proof coverings and are allergy sensitive. A washer and dryer are tucked away in the laundry closet on the second floor, near the bedrooms for easy access.

This home is equipped with many board games for use during any 'down time' you may have.

Paseo is located in the desirable Daniels Corridor, tucked away among the natural environment of Six Mile Cypress Slough, yet moments from shops, restaurants and entertainment venues in the most sought-after area of Fort Myers. The closest shopping centers are the Gulf Coast Town Center and the Bell Tower Shops. Beach lovers will enjoy the community's proximity to beaches at Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island. In addition, easy access to I-75 and Southwest Florida International Airport make for easy travel by car and air.

Paseo Community

A Village Center functions as the social and activity hub for Paseo. The exercise portion consists of a 4,000 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center as well as an aerobics room/dance studio often utilized for group fitness classes. The Fitness Center gym features treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, free weights and 14 weight machine stations. Fun outdoor activity options include tennis, basketball, bocce and volleyball.

Residents do not even have to leave the community for dining and entertainment. For casual dining, The Paseo Pub serves up sports along with its pub-style fare. For fine dining, The Bistro offers gourmet meals in an elegant atmosphere. In addition, the center includes an old-fashioned ice cream shop, an Internet cafe and a coffee shop. A 90-seat village movie theater gives residents a private, on-site venue to enjoy the best or newest releases without having to fight crowds. All are priced very reasonable.
