The home was newly remodeled and very clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful. The rental was just what we needed for this visit, and we would definitely like to rent it again.

This house was appointed nicely and served our purposes well. It is very close to downtown Austin and anything that you might need. My only reservations about it were that the picture of it does not prepare you for a yard full of overgrown weeds. The back yard even worse than the front. So much so that during our brief stay a Gardner looking for work knocked on our door noticing our obvious need. I want to give Yvette the benefit of the doubt that because I booked the house at the last minute, she may not have had the time to prepare the yard, but it had not been tended to in a very long time. Yvette herself was a wonderful host. She is friendly, informative and responded very quickly to any questions. If I were to go through Austin again, provided a Gardner had been hired, I would definitely stay again.

Thank you so much for choosing our property. We sincerely apologize for the presence of weeds. We schedule lawn services twice a month; however, our usual gardener had a few unforeseen emergencies this month, which resulted in him rescheduling services to a later date than what would be typical.

We were attending a football game and only stayed for one night but we felt so comfortable in the home we could have stayed longer! The home is newly renovated and is beautiful. It had everything we needed with extra touches. It is located near a freeway which provided easy access to places we went and was close to shops. Yvette was a fantastic host and was kind to check on us upon arrival. I would highly recommend the home for anyone’s stay in Austin.
