What makes this property unique

This property is located just 2 miles from downtown High Springs and some of the best springs in the world (Ginnie, Gilchrist Blue, Ichetucknee). Local shops, grocery stores and restaurants are also nearby. We have over 6 heavily forested acres with a beautiful path leading to the Santa Fe river and a floating dock and kayak shelter to enjoy the peaceful scenery. River Rise park is located across the river from our property and we regularly see animals crossing the river such as deer, raccoons, otters, etc. We have bikes and kayaks onsite for use as well as a kayak cart to transport your own vessel down the path. Please let us know your intentions so we can help accommodate your needs.
