Our home is great for couples, solo adventurers, and traveling professionals. The apartment has just been fully renovated. Close to Busch Gardens, USF, Moffitt and all major restaurants. Multiple units available.

• 500 Meg internet service (250 Meg average unless hardwired) with 500 Meg upload shared between units
• 180 Internet Tv channels including Sports (although rare, may buffer sometimes)
• Covered patio in front with two chairs\
• 4k 55" Roku smart TV in living room
• Bedroom has separate Ac from the other parts of the home which is controlled by a bigger wall unit in living room
• Beach towels in closet

• Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion
• Oatmeal
• Breakfast bars
• Dawn dish liquid and sponge
• Paper towels and toiletries
• Towels and bed linens

Additional Information:

We're available if you should need anything and we're about 30-45 minutes away. We provide a fully stocked kitchen in case you decide you want to stay-in and cook (food not included). The entry door has a digital lock so that we can set your own access code when you arrive. Please give me an estimated time window to meet you at the home as I live 30-45 minutes away. Please understand our property is not for parties or events as we have close neighbors and wouldn't want to disturb them. The property is not wheelchair accessible at this time. For any questions please don't hesitate to ask as we'd be glad to try to accommodate any request:)

** No smoking including e-cigarettes in home. The recirculation system will carry it to other apartments.

**We use Tide and Gain Original Laundry detergent and scented Downy softener on the sheets and towels to minimize wrinkles. Although the smell is not strong, please let ys know in advance if you're allergic to softener or sensitive to fragrances**

• About 5 minutes to I-75 and 13 minutes to I-275
• Restaurants including fast food, Walmart, Target, gas stations, grocery stores, Hospital, 5 minutes or less
• Tampa's newest Premium Outlets about 18 minutes away
• Florida Hospital Center Ice (huge ice skating rink) about 18 minutes away
• Beaches range from 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on which one you go to and traffic
• Weeki Wachee Springs Kayaking 35-45 minutes (6131 Commerical Way, Spring Hill, FL 34606)
• Downtown Tampa anywhere from 25 minutes to 1 hour depending on traffic
• We are within 25 min of the Hard Rock Casino and many golf courses such as TPC Tampa, Fox Hollow, Cheval, Harbor Isles, and Westchase Country Club
• Tampa is just on the other side of the street:)
• Disney and Orlando theme parks are anywhere from 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Guest access
Guests can use the laundry room on property when staying more than 4 nights. Located on the side of the building. There is no charge for using the washer and dryer but it is shared with other VRBO guest so when doing wash, please don't leave it sitting in there:)
