We are 9 miles from Alta, Snowbird (Little Cottonwood Canyon) and 12 miles from Solitude, Brighton (Big Cottonwood Canyon) and 15 miles from downtown Salt Lake City. Park City, The Canyons and Deer Valley resorts are only 25-31 miles away on I-80.

Hi! Thanks for looking at one of our condos! I am a Utah real estate broker and property manager, I also work part-time at a specialty outdoor retailer. My husband, Matt is a builder/developer. We have a 4 year old daughter, Avery. We manage this condo for the owner but care for it as we do our own! It is next door to our 4 bedroom 4 bath condo. We own two units at the Canyon Racquet Club condominiums (VRBO #142268 4 bed 4 bath in the same building & #324276 2 bed 2 bath). We take great pride in making sure our guests are happy! We love Utah and all it has to offer! We have lived in Utah all our lives. We love the outdoors and love the SNOW! I have been involved in the vacation rental business for 25+ years....at one time managing over 90 vacation rentals. Now having my own and managing for friends I can provide the attention to detail I was unable to provide when handling so many. Because of my affiliation in the outdoor sports industry, local expertise and vacation rental management experience I provide many special extras in our properties to make them more comfortable, better maintained, fully equipped and of course, MORE FUN!!! I personally go to each unit before and after each stay to make sure everything is just right! Location! This community has the best of both worlds - it is great for the owners and their family to visit because it is close to family members and close to all the activities they enjoy (including summer and winter sports)....but also great as a vacation rental for others.....the unit is fully licensed as a tourist home (required by Cottonwood Heights).
What makes this Condo unique
The location is ideal - right at the mouth of the Canyons so we can ski, snowshoe, hike, bike, and picnic in 20 minutes, yet still in Salt Lake county with quick access to the freeway to go downtown or to Park City. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by as well.

It was a very nice place and clean but the owner was very hard to work with and quite rude. Also the amount you pay and cleaning deposit you shouldn’t be doing all that at checkout. Also the upstairs is very hot
Oh no! This is shocking to read! We thought we were being very accommodating by hosting your very last minute stay (day of) and giving your family a free upgrade to our 4 bedroom 4 bath as this condo was already booked. This is also surprising as we allowed your family to access the condo and you had not given us the full payment. It took all of the next day after your arrival to receive the remainder of the payment. I’m very sorry you thought it was rude to ask for full payment...this was my mistake for allowing access without payment.
On the day of your checkout (one hour prior to our checkout time) you asked to stay another day, we graciously made arrangements to move another party planning to check in and modify our cleaners schedule.
We charged a cleaning fee based on a two bedroom even though you stayed in the 4 bedroom 4 bath. Again, I’m shocked that that was an issue. We try to pay our cleaning crew a living wage and ask our guests to do a few minimal things to help out upon check out. We are sorry your experience wasn’t consistent with our 100+ reviews across 4 properties and 11 years of being on VRBO. Take care and we wish you the best.

Great unit and great location !!
We loved this unit, everything was put together nicely and felt just like home. The fireplace was awesome and hot tub felt great every day after skiing. The convenient location close to the mouth of the Cottonwood canyons was great. Great place to stay and highly recommend !!

Thanks for being a repeat guest too! Unfortunately, we do not own this condo (we own two others in the community including the 4 bed 4 bath next door VRBO 142268). I am a local real estate broker and manage this condo for the owner as they live out of state. Terrific, well appointed condo!
Nice to see a unit that was so updated, well taken care of and clean. Jennifer was very responsive and a delight to work with.
Kitchen had nice granite counter tops and all the cooking ware was in great shape.
Loved the amenities in the bathrooms and we appreciated all of the notes/signage that they had throughout.
Great ski condo
After our initial rental property cancelled on us and our second location was found to be unsuitable, we found ourselves in SLC without a place to stay for our week of skiing. I reached out to several properties and Jennifer was so kind and accommodating. She was prompt and had her available condo cleaned up and ready for us in a couple of hours. The rest of our stay was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed the condo. It was well equipped for our needs and Jennifer even brought batteries over when the wii controllers died! The beds were comfortable, the electric fireplace was great after a day of skiing and the hot tub was well-kept. Check out was a breeze. Very happy with our stay and would book again!

Additional information about rental rates
As of Feb 2016, VRBO/Homeaway is charging a SERVICE FEE to guests (while charging owners thousands to advertise)...you will see this fee added to your quote. You may elect to book directly with me to avoid that fee. I accept Paypal (3% fee - which is less than the service fee) and checks (no fee). You would need to let me know via email and I can email you a contract and more info. Thanks! If your plans become disrupted, then we are happy to work with you to try to re-book your dates for a $50 fee (if it can be done). If cancellation is your only option, then if cancellation is made more than 60 days before your expected arrival, the deposit is refunded less a $75 cancellation fee. If cancelled within 60 days, your deposit (or the full rental, if already paid) is forfeited. No automatic refunds due to road conditions, weather/acts of nature, lack of snow LAST MINUTE RATES (within a few weeks of arrival) MAY BE LESS!
