Welcome to our cozy cabin, nestled in the heart of the Great North Woods with breathtaking views of Percy Peaks. Perfect for nature lovers, this rustic retreat offers the ideal blend of comfort and wilderness. Wake up to stunning mountain vistas, enjoy your morning coffee on the deck, and explore the nearby ATV/snowmobile trails right from your doorstep. Although this is a deep woods retreat, you are close to everything you need. Grocery store - 7min; Gas Station - 5min; Restaurant - 7min.

This cabin offers 4 bedrooms, 6 beds and 2.5 bathrooms, providing ample room for everyone to relax. There is a 10 guest limit.
The main living area features a warm and inviting living room, perfect for cozy evenings after a day outdoors. Enjoy a 55” smart TV that includes a soundbar and Netflix.
A fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy, whether you are cooking for a crowd or enjoying a quiet breakfast with mountain views. Enjoy a dual coffee maker that can make coffee with single serve pods or a full pot with filter.
The finished basement serves as a dedicated game and entertainment room, making it a favorite gathering space for guests of all ages. Enjoy a 70” smart TV for watching the big game, challenge friends to a round on the pool table, or relive classic fun with arcade games. A selection of board games is also available, providing plenty of options for relaxed evenings and group entertainment.
Just off the game room, you will find a laundry room with laundry pods and dryer sheets included.
Step outside to enjoy the wrap-around deck with three-season porch and BBQ grill. You will also find an outdoor fireplace with ample seating and firewood.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place any trash in the designated trash bin outside, at the front of the house. DO NOT PILE IT OUTSIDE.
Place all used fitted and flat sheets, and pillow cases on the floor of the laundry room. Place all used towels in the washer, add a laundry pod, and start a normal cycle.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
