This condo was a perfect place to rest our heads after a busy weekend! The sofa bed in the living room was perfect for our little kiddos, and it was just a really cozy property in general.

Great condo 5 min for deer valley lift for sling. 15 minutes from Park city and 10 minutes from Haber city. We’ll run building with underground parking easy access

Great 1bedroom 2bath condo, great fireplace and view!
Everything was wonderful, loved the convenient covered garage parking. Morning of check out the gas went out, unable to cook breakfast, use the fireplace; cold shower because of no hot water. A bit of a negative end to an otherwise enjoyable stay….

Thank you for staying at our Stillwater 2013. Unfortunately, it was a gas company emergency, and the gas to the home was shut off for the safety of the building. Thankfully it was a seemingly simple fix, and the service was off for only a couple of hours. We regret the inconvenience and hope you'll stay again.
Second time at Stillwater. love that is so close to the gondola, great unit, full equipped kitchen, love having 2 full bathrooms, nicely furnished. Only negative is that there is no humidifer.. it's so dry out there.
Property served our purposes (skiing, hang out in PC) very well...although off the beaten path, easy to get in and out of...heated garage was a welcome perk!

Awesome location. Very clean and pictures represent well. If I would change one thing is the size of the bed. Owner should consider removing some of the larger furniture in bedroom and consider replacing the bed with a King size bed. Overall the experience was great.

We hope you used the three hot tubs and other resort amenities during your trip. We'd be happy to have you back any time!
Property was great except there was no toaster so we bought one and left it at property. Only real complaint was that during the rain we were going to play pool and there were only 13 pool balls so we couldn't play. Someone should tell that vendor to fix pool table or take it out Everything else was fine.

We would have happily purchased a toaster for you if you had let us know during your stay that the toaster was missing. We also would have been happy to notify the HOA that pool balls were missing from the pool table so they could replace them. We encourage communication during your stay if anything isn't right. Unit 2013 - Foul odor vs Beautiful Views
This unit has wonderful mountain views.
Unfortunately, there was a very foul odor upon arriving that lasted our entire stay. We purchased 2 wall deodorizers. No help.
Maintenance made attempts but could not get rid of the strong foul odor.
I could not recommend staying in this unit even with its beautiful views.

Great Place! Clean and nice decor made it feel like you are on vacation.
The only ‘gotcha’ was getting stuck in the right elevator 2 times. (even after the elevator repair guy came to fix it). Fortunately my wife was able to press the button from the outside and let me out.
We are Ikon Pass holders. I did make an error and reserved the property prior to making my Deer Valley reservations. I was only able to reserve 2 out of 4 days. Make sure you do things in the reverse order if you plan to ski Deer Valley! :)

The property is as described and quite lovely. It is clean, very well stocked, although we didn’t do much cooking. Well organized. There are friendly labels on remotes and light switches so no guessing what is what. Plenty of towels and linens. The master bedroom mattress is very soft, not uncomfortable for those who like the soft side, just a FYI. The pull out bed in the living room is firm but way more comfortable than any other pull out we’ve encountered. The 3D capability in the living room is so cool and the chairs on the balcony are perfect for gazing at the mountains. The garage is nice, so glad it wasn’t full, I’m going to guess it gets very full in the winter, there is a parking lot across the street for overflow. The pool was nice, it needed to be scooped out but we couldn’t find a scoop , the deck chairs are relaxing, the sun snd the view were spectacular. The property is just outside of Park City, not a long drive at all.
We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very nicely appointed, with clean, fresh linens and plenty of dishes should we have wished to cook! The bathrooms were spacious and beautiful with small toiletries, but the shower off the bedroom was absolutely to die for! The bed was.comfortaboe and we were comfortable enough on the second floor to leave the patio doors open for a beautiful summer night breeze. The rocking chairs on the deck would have been perfect for sitting and drinking my coffee in the morning, had I thought to bring coffee. My loss, but don't let it be yours! Bring your own coffee, creamer, and sugar, but they have plenty of coffee filters and a nice large coffee maker! The condo was well stocked with books and games, a huge 3D television, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, hangars, and a computer desk in the bedroom. We couldn't get the fireplace to light, but going against the directions in the onsite manual, we were not at all patient, and the batteries were dead in all of the candles and the bedroom remote. But I was able to find enough batteries to turn on three of the five candles, and the TV tired didn't bother me much, as I'm not much for watching tv. The onsite swimming pool was crystal clear, and surprisingly comfortable, and the three very small hot tubs were comfortable and private. The parking garage was comfortably lit and easy to navigate, although be aware, taller trucks will not fit. Getting to and into the unit was simple using the correct codes. We had a couple very small hangups getting checked in, and other than one small passive aggressive comment from the property manager, our concerns were quickly and easily handled. Finding places to eat was slightly more difficult than I had expected, but we are night owls and don't typically start looking for dinner until after dark and, especially on Sunday, things seem to close down on Park City and Heber about 9pm. The information book in the bedroom had some really great information, but also some outdated pamphlets as well, and in this post-Covid era, many of those establishments have since closed. Overall, it was a stellar stay, with very few hangups and if we have the opportunity to head that way again, I would not hesitate to choose these accommodations, especially for a longer stay!!

Probably the best value of all ski rentals I’ve used. Great location, new carpet, very clean, nice modern furniture and very comfortable for 2 people. It’s not ski in/ski out but given there is only one stop sign between unit and Gondola it’s almost as convenient as a ski in/out location.
