Conveniently Located just off Hwy 40, the lodge is right by the entrance to the Jordanelle State Park where you can rent a boat, wave runners, paddle boards and more. Kimball Junction, the Tanger Outlet Stores, many restaurants and major retailers like Wal-Mart, Michaels and TJ Max are only 10 minutes away.

If you’re looking for an affordable rental and only have the need for one bedroom, this is a great place to stay! This private condo has two full bathrooms (with tub/shower combinations) and a bedroom with a King Bed.

This condo features a cozy gas fireplace, TV, balcony and fully-equipped kitchen. There is a Queen Sofa bed (with bedding) that can easily be set up for additional sleeping.

The kitchen has a full oven/stovetop, dishwasher, full refrigerator/freezer, and everything you’ll need for a meal in – coffee pot, dishes, glassware, pans, toaster, microwave, and utensils).

This room rental includes full access to the Mason at Stillwater Resort Amenities. Not only will you have the opportunity to use the full Fitness Center and Game Room, you’ll also be able to swim in a beautiful Pool (in the summer) and relax in three nice Hot Tubs (all year round). There’s even an on-site sports shop (ski rentals available) so all your needs will easily be met.

You're also right by the Deer Valley Gondola for Easy Ski Access! Instead of exiting the highway and turning left to go to the Stillwater Lodge, turn right! Then turn right again and you're there! All the parking is FREE! Deer Valley runs a shuttle up and down to pick you up and drop you off at your car so no hauling equipment! There are free ski lockers in the base so you can leave your skis there overnight. You can even buy lift tickets right there, day or multi-day passes. There are clean bathrooms, boot heaters and comfortable places to sit while getting ready to ski. At the top, there's a small restaurant (coffee & hot chocolate available) and easy access to the St. Regis facilities overlooking Snow Lake Lodge. When the resort is packed, the Deer Valley Gondola is much less crowded and makes it feel like you're skiing on your own, personal trails.

Conveniently located just off Highway 40, Stillwater 3013 is right by the entrance to the gorgeous Jordanelle State Park where you can rent wave runners, boats, and paddle boards in the summer months. The Tanger Outlet Stores, dozens of popular restaurants, and lots of major shops and attractions are only a quick drive away. And of course, charming downtown Park City and the world-famous Park City ski slopes are right around the corner!

The Deer Valley Ski Resort is set to undergo a significant expansion that is projected to be fully operational by the 2024-25 ski season. Situated just across from the Stillwater Lodge Resort, this new luxury ski base area is poised to become North America’s newest world-class alpine village since its last development in 1981. The expanded village will introduce state-of-the-art ski infrastructure, including new ski lifts for skiers and mountain bikers, providing them with access to extensive terrain throughout both the summer and winter months. This expansion will not only offer breathtaking views of the stunning Jordanelle Reservoir but also feature a walkable commercial zone. This zone is designed to rival the charm and convenience of Park City’s Historic Main Street, making it a vibrant hub for visitors.

This property was great, less than 5 minutes to Jordanelle State Park and very easy to get in an out. The property was very clean and perfect for our stay.

Great location, underground parking and quiet.

This condo was perfect for a quick getaway. It is in a great location to the highway, quiet complex, and has a comfy bed. The only downside was that the closest grocery store and restaurants are about 10 minutes away in Park City. We would stay here again.

Great Location

We had an excellent stay. The unit was well equipped and clean. The amenities were a bonus. The location to the Jordanelle Gondola at Deer Valley was amazingly convient.

Deer Valley condo

Great location, suite was fully stocked, clean, comfortable and easy to park with underground garage. Could use some new bedding, pillows, blankets and reset of hot tub timers to avoid long delays from jets.

Stillwater is a nice property in a beautiful location. The short drive is closer to Park City than Kimball junction. It is a good value for a nice condo. Our only wish is that there had been some knives in the kitchen! It’s hard to cook without them!

Great for the money and close to the lifts at Deer Valley.

The room itself was very nice. The lodge itself was older and not as nice. I was disappointed that the game room was horrible. It charged money to play ping pong and pool etc. so the kids didn’t end up playing anything. The air hockey table was tilted. Just overall…the property was dated and in need or repair. Howveer, our specific condo itself was very nice and the description accurate. So I still give it a 5/5 given it’s cheap price and proximity to the lifts (which were only like a 2 min drive).

Great location, great view and bargain priced.

Comfortable, conveniently located and reasonably priced. Comfortable bed and bedding, plenty of towels. No problem with internet or TV. A bit worn, carpet stains, one of the door locks didn't work. Newish refrigerator didn't have water or icemaker connected (thanks for the ice cube trays). Confusion about how the laundry "app" works; bring lots of quarters. As a previous hotel property, lobby was nice; would have been great to have a coffee shop or bar there.

Great location

Property was very clean and the proximity to the highway was excellent. We had beautiful Mountain Views of Mayflower/Deer Valley. Check in process was smooth. We had trouble locating the garage due to coming in at night and in a snowstorm (no fault of anyone’s), but eventually found it and was smooth from there. The final night we had to contact property management due to a very strong smell of something melting coming from the vents. They were quick to reply but it smelled through the night and into the morning. Ended up opening a window to allow fresh air in. Not sure what it was? Overall an excellent stay and we would stay again!

If you’re ok with it not being in Park City

Rented this condo for a little get away to Park City, I knew the place wasn’t in Park City but it’s really near nothing. No restaurants, bars, anything. If you’re ok with that then this place is ok. The check in was a little rough as no garage codes or door codes were ever sent to me. The property management were superb and were quick to respond. The bed was uncomfortable as were the pillows, remote for the tv did not operate the volume so we rarely used the tv. I’m sure this is the place to stay during ski season but next time I’ll stay closer to Park City. Place was super clean and all the appliances work to perfection. Needs more pots/pans and dishes. Other than that the place is ok if you don’t mind staying about 10 min from Park City.

Nice place, good 3 day weekend

We liked the place we stayed in as we have stayed at the Lodges at Stillwater before and it is familiar and convenient. This place was as good as any, but it seems that since they have gotten rid of the management of the overall complex this has turned into a no-frills location. At one point there was a restaurant which provided some added benefit (especially since there are few restaurants, amenities, or even gas stations in a close proximity). There also used to be a place to go downstairs to get coffee and that is no longer provided. It feels that since the owners have taken individual ownership vs. having people in charge of the management, that everything is sparse, and guests seem to be nickeled and dimed for any additional request. This isn't specific to this condo, but all of them at the Lodges of Stillwater. Now the gondola is very populated instead of being the "hidden secret" so these locations seem to be losing their appeal. The condo itself was clean, comfortable and convenient for skiing though, and it's always fun to stay there. It is also nice to have a heated parking garage. Moving forward, we will probably search for a condo that is closer to Heber or Park City so we have better access to dining and other attractions.

Overall the stay was acceptable but not outstanding. The unit was reasonably clean but had an odd odor. In addition there were no adjustment rods on the vertical blinds in the living room and the bedroom and both were open. We conveyed this to Moose Management and were told we would be provided some - we never received them. In addition the balcony had a resident pigeon so the corner of the balcony flooring and the railing had 3-5 inches of piled up excrement. We also notified Moose Management of this issue and were told that was an issue for property maintenance and essentially nothing would be done. We did not use the balcony due to this. Finally, after we left we received an email offering $10.00 Amazon gift card for an all 5 star review and if we didn't feel it was all 5 star we needed to message Moose Management privately. We didn't care for this attempt to buy a good review especially since we brought up issues during our stay and nothing was done.

Clean and updated but pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable that decided to just slept on couch so very disappointed. Also toaster and tv in bedroom doesn’t work and no property management available on weekends to help fix.

Neglected and convenient to Gondola

As a patient person, I can understand when I first walk into a property and see a plumbing explosion in the bathroom that it just requires a plumber to be called and fixed. I can understand that sometimes the cleaning lady doesn't really do a great job, and there are still dirty dishes that have been put away, folded towels hanging that are still dirty, stained carpet throughout the property, and used contact lenses still on the bedside table. I can even understand why they disconnected the Dish Network box, so that the owners don't have to pay for it any more. However, if those things bother you and you prefer to stay somewhere that the owners have stopped caring about and simply want to collect a return on their investment, then don't stay here. If you think that a fair recourse would be to calmly and respectfully request that the cleaning fee be refunded since the property was definitely not clean and are denied, then I wouldn't stay here. If you think that TVs should allow you to watch basic programming, like the Olympics, and instead you are told that you can just watch it on your phone by the property management, then don't stay here.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was as described for the most part. Just underwhelming. Postage stamp view of the lake, nice view of the mountains. Freeway noise very prevalent when on the deck or when leaving the window open at night. Access and parking were good. Needed extra an blanket. Bed was comfy
