Wonderful property with countless extra comforts to make it an incredibly comfortable stay. Better than advertised. Great location and very communicative owners. Had everything we could have needed - would stay there again any day!
Stayed with my son for a weekend to enjoy the outdoors. We had a fantastic time and the condo is beautiful. Well stocked with everything you need, short walk into town for shopping and restaurants. The pool is also located close to the condo. Clean, comfy bed and living areas. We would definitely stay again.
This unit is very possibly the nicest rental we have stayed in as an extended family. It is clean and so well equipped that it made our stay effortless. It is beyond convenient to the town of Breckenridge and the numerous dining and recreational opportunities Breckenridge offers. We would definitely return.
This home was perfect for our family ski trip to Breck. It was clean and well stocked, beds were comfortable and the main area was cozy and comfortable. The house had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful and the home owners were incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. The location was perfect for getting to and from the slopes, is a quick walk to town and short drive to groceries. We will definitely be back to stay at this wonderful property.
My boys (Adults 18 & 21) and I had a great time!!! We had a blast hiking in the area and loved the short distance to all the shops, restaurants and adventure! We would highly recommend this unit to others! The host was fantastic and we felt right at home :)

Spring Break in Breck
Our condo and host family were absolutely wonderful. Everything was just as described. Clean, comfortable and cozy. Jenn was always attentive and quick to respond to any question. This condo is all about location, location, location. We were right where we wanted to be...close to a lift and close to town. Definitely recommend it and we look forward to going back!
A group of 4 adults shared this house for skiing/snowboarding, and it was perfect! Spotlessly clean, plenty of room to hang out in very comfortable living room, excellent location - easy walk to town, Snowflake lift, or bus stop to get to other base areas (and I'm kind of a wimp when it comes to carrying my equipment). Ski/boot storage on ground level, so no carrying your gear up stairs! We didn't do a lot of cooking, but the kitchen is VERY well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, spices, coffee pods, and even a crock pot. Also plenty of extra towels, pillows, etc. Very comfortable, and Jenn was very responsive to emails. We'd definitely stay here again.
We had a wonderful time. First time at Ski school for our 3 year old. Then tubing in Fresco and Snowmobiling in Leadville. So many great memories. Excellent food in downtown Breckenridge. Good food in Leadville at Tennesse Pass. Nice breakfast at The Butterhorn Cafe in Fresco. We were so busy with outside activities that we only built in an afternoon to shop downtown Breckenridge.
Just so others are aware . Be careful with the thicker socks on the stairway. Either use gripper socks or go barefoot.
Also our Denali almost did not fit . We only had an inch to spare.
The accommodations are very nice ; warm and inviting.
The hosts are very accommodating and answered any questions quickly.
The bus and trolley transportation made it easy to get around downtown .
Definitely a wonderful time.
We spent the week of Thanksgiving in Breckenridge, and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Jenn, the owner was amazing. She checked in with me a few weeks before checking in and let me know where to rent ski equipment, restaurants to try and the best way to get to the different peaks for skiing. The night before we checked in, she messaged to be sure we had everything we needed. I've stayed in lots of VRBO rentals, and this has been one of our top stays!
The townhome was super clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the things one would need for a stay (except food, of course!). The location is perfect: it’s walking distance to Main Street as well as trailheads for hiking.
We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The owners were friendly and communicative thought the booking process. Definitely recommend!
We stayed here with our young kids and it was very comfortable. The playground next door was a huge win. Short walk to town, quiet area and the house had everything we needed!
We could not have enjoyed our stay here more! Not only did we never need our car, we didn’t need to bring anything but our clothes. Jenn has thought of everything. All the supplies you need to enjoy the town, pool and your vacation. I can’t imagine how perfect it is during ski season, because it was perfect for summer. The owner is so helpful and in constant communication for anything you need. We ate at the restaurants and hiked the hikes they suggested, and they were all perfect. The house was perfect for ourselves and our kids. The beds were heavenly after all our hiking. Thank you for an amazing Colorado trip!
The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The location was a very short walk to Snowflake lift so we avoided parking and bus issues. It was close enough to town that we walked to most of the restaurants we visited. The condo itself was very clean and well stocked. The heated garage and ski boot/glove warmer was very nice. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to families of 4-6 people.

I would highly recommend this unit to anyone!
Great location, great amenities, comfortable, clean
Our first stay in Breckenridge and we chose really well by staying here. A short walk to the lifts, and a nice stroll to Main Street. We were able to maximize slope time and family time. The townhouse is very well equipped. The heated garage was key. Highly recommended!

Comfortable Stay
Jennifer was fast to respond and did her best to accommodate us for our early check in request. The house is clean and comfortable and well equipped with your daily essentials. The lifts were easy to navigate from the house.
This town home had everything you could think of needing and more. The owners have gone to great lengths to make their house your home for your stay. Nicely decorated, clean, beds are super comfortable! We will be going back for sure!!

A great choice for Breckenridge!
Spotless townhome, tastefully decorated and great location! Jenn was prompt to respond with any questions we had. The kitchen was well-stocked with both appliances and kitchen essentials. The sleeping accommodations were very comfortable with quality beds & linens, too. We also appreciated having a garage to park our car with a heated rack for drying boots.
This was our first time to visit Breck. Everything about this place was perfect. Communication was excellent. We will definitely be back!
