Just a short walk or a quick ride in the complimentary six-seater golf cart brings you to the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Emerald Coast. This spacious Destin vacation rental offers five bedrooms, including four with king-size beds and one with custom-built double bunk beds (four twins), making it the perfect beach getaway for up to 12 guests. Each bedroom is a private retreat, while the open-concept living room and kitchen create a central space where everyone can come together. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and seating for ten, making family meals a joy. *Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. ID's will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
*An additional waiver to drive the golf cart is required in addition to our guest rental agreement
*A form of damage protection is required with all reservations: You may opt for the accidental damage protection that is already included in the quote or the $2,000 refundable security deposit. Only one is required. See the rental agreement for full details.
*To help provide homeowners and guests with security and peace of mind, security and doorbell cameras are located on the exterior of this home. These are solely for monitoring the exterior of the property and are not present inside the home.

*VRBO guests who cancel 60+ days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $300 cancellation fee. Losses upon cancellation may be avoided if you purchased a Travel Protection policy and the reason for cancellation is covered under those terms and conditions.
