Bluewater Belle is a charming 6-bedroom, 5 and a half-bathroom retreat located in the gated Villas of Frangista community in Miramar Beach, comfortably sleeping up to 15 guests. Home Layout and Bedroom Details:

1st Floor:

Kitchen: The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and an island with seating for 4. It is fully stocked with everything you need, including a Keurig, coffee pot, toaster, and a blender. It opens into the dining room and living room.

Dining Room: The dining room has a beautiful wooden table complete with 2 benches and 2 chairs.

Living Room: The living room has a large flat-screen TV with multiple couches and additional seating, making it the perfect spot for a vacation movie!

Bedroom + Bathroom #1: This bedroom has a king bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser, and a flat-screen TV. Also included is a private bathroom with a large shower.

Laundry + Half Bath #2: You will find a half bath in the hallway just inside the front door. Also in this space is a laundry closet with a full washer and dryer.

Backyard: This is a tropical oasis that includes a private pool with a kiddy shelf, a table with an umbrella and bench seating, as well as plenty of poolside loungers.

2nd Floor:

Bedroom #2: The second bunk room features a twin-over-twin bunk bed.

Bedroom + Bathroom #3: The third room features 2 full-over-full bunks, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a Jack-and-Jill vanity and a bathtub/shower combo.

Bedroom + Bathroom #4: This bedroom has a king bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser, and a flat-screen TV. Also included is a private bathroom with a large shower.

Bedroom + Bathroom #5: This bedroom has a king bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser, and a flat-screen TV. Also included is a private bathroom with a large shower.

Bedroom + Bathroom #6: This bedroom is up the stairs, off of the main landing. It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. Also included is a private bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo.

Front Balcony: At the end of the hallway, near bedrooms 2 and 3, there is a door that accesses a small balcony off the front of the home. Includes a few comfy chairs.

House Rules:
-This is a NON-smoking property.

Student Booking Policies:
-College student groups must all inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a college student group is accepted, they will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or college student groups.

Pets:
-This home is pet-friendly, up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee upon approval. Please request approval before booking.

Parking:
-All cars must be in the driveway. 5 cars maximum. No Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted per HOA rules.
