The home is located within the exclusive, members-only Seven Canyons Golf Club. Once inside the resort community, all amenities are just a short walk or quick golf cart ride away.



To explore the greater Sedona area, a car is recommended, as Uber and Lyft services are limited. The property is conveniently close to several scenic hiking trails and only about 10 minutes from shops, restaurants, and other essentials in town.



This home is in a residential area, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.



Guests must use their own accounts to access streaming apps on Smart TV`s. Cable service is not provided.



Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $1000 for deodorization.
