Our stay was great! Fortunately the host was able to accommodate for our travel times. We also woke up the morning after it snowed and the walkway was already shoveled for us. Our stay needs were definitely met and exceed. The location was also perfect, you have everything you need at a walking distance. Will definitely be staying here next time I’m back in Denver.

Excellent location, very clean and comfy. The kitchen has full size refrigerator, stove and includes a dishwasher and garbage disposal! The tile work in the bathroom is lovely. Note the ceilings are low and there is noise from above. Despite, would stay again.

Great location. Clean & well kept. Would consider staying again if we returned to the area.No dedicated parking but street parking was adequate most of the time, and the walkway back to the entrance has motion lights.Only warning is the noise from the house above, which is totally dependent on the folks in the space during your stay. Like dog nails clacking on the hardwood, heavy-footed folks walking around directly above, and some noise leak from a bathroom (which felt invasive), but no worse that an older apartment building would be.

Can't beat this location for local brunch spots, restaurants, and bars! Baker and West Wash Park have proven to be the hippest parts of town since the 1930's with their collection of independent restaurants, bars, and boutiques. Great nightlife can be found just down the street on South Pearl.

Looking for something outdoorsy? Take a stroll, jog, or bike-ride around Denver's favorite park, Wash Park, one of the largest public green spaces in Denver. The studio is also just minutes from excellent shopping at the Cherry Creek Mall. Transportation is a breeze with an RTD bus stop steps from the back door and the Alameda Light Rail Station only a mile away.
