I would NOT RENT THIS UNIT. We rented and left as soon as we could. There is no place to eat meals unless you are sitting on the couch. Entertaining guests would also be a challenge. The bedroom is upstairs. THERE ARE NO HANDRAILS ON THE STAIRWAY. (Which is a building code violation)We like to walk in the neighborhoods we stay in and did NOT feel safe to do so. ( just down the street was boarded up house and most places all had bars on the windows and doors)
