With 4 bathrooms equipped with hair dryer, this awesome property ensures convenience for all guests. An additional office space with a full bed provides extra comfort. Also have an air mattress on request. Sleeps 12 total. The home is close to airport, downtown and Boulder. Lots of Lakes, parks and walking trails. Nice and friendly neighborhood. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.

We traveled to northglenn for a basketball tournament and had 10 people, 5 being teenage boys. The house fit us perfect and host let us check in early. I definitely recommend. Thank you so much!

The house was just what we needed for 4 adults and one dog. Everyone had their own bed for a good night’s rest. There was an issue with the fence for the dog, but the owner took care of it quickly.

This was the most easiest stay I’ve had in a long time. I went with family to Denver for a concert at Empower field and for the day of the concert we decided to skip traffic and take the RTD. There is a RTD station less than 5 mins away from the house so we parked there and traveled downtown and back to the house with ease. This is definitely worth the price and stay! Next time we stay we won’t even need a car because the RTD can take you into town all while skipping the traffic.

Property manager was friendly and helpful. Good communications. The home was mostly clean with the exception of the oven and under furniture. Some trash was accumulated in the backyard, but that was easily overlooked. With a little maintenance and improved cleaning this would have earned 5 stars. I would stay again.

This property was the perfect size for our family dinner to celebrate the kids graduation. The host was very responsive and kind. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. I will plan on renting again if family comes back to town.

Our entire family (13 of us and a dog) stayed at this property and we really enjoyed our time. The host was a great communicator and was very friendly to us. Offering suggestions on where to shop and eat. Plenty of space for all of us fenced in yard was great for our dog. Flat top grill was nice for cooking. Only critique I’ve got is the property could def use some TLC. Backyard is pretty cluttered with trash. The flattop grill is a fire hazard as it has grease build up and if you aren’t watching it closely it’ll catch fire like it did for me but I was close by. Highly recommend cleaning that out. The oven is also very dirty and smoked out the house when we used it for cooking.
